Blake was very friendly and professional during the viewings. He made us feel comfortable when showing us multiple properties, telling us useful information about each but also giving us advice and guidance through the process, which helps a lot when you’re a first time buyer.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

It was a stressful 3 days trying to find the right property to apply for and the housing company had back to back issues when we were trying to apply however Sarah kept us updated frequently. She would get back to our calls within a couple of hours and was going out of her way to get us in contact with the right people. Any time we were having difficulty we could contact Sarah and she would sort it straight away. Now we’re moving through our application with Simplelife thanks to Sarah and we highly recommend Walker and Waterer.

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Seymours appear to have very good local knowledge and their offices cover a wide area. I have put good for value for money as nobody likes parting with it! Having said that they did me a good deal. I have put good for valuation accuracy as the situation is such at the moment that the earlier valuation was greater than the market will stand, although online estimates suggest otherwise and are clearly way too generous!- 6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Kieran was very thorough and helpful throughout our process. 27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Aiden, Harry and Christian were lively, well-informed, and great fun. Each call to them was answered promptly and effectively. The (back) office team were also spot on. As the house was sold, Dawn took charge and was tremendous- exceptionally efficient and charming. So, well done, Brockenhurst! Josh was really professional and came fully prepared when pitching as the agent to sell our home. Ashleigh was then fantastic at leading across the marketing and promotion of our home along with overseeing our viewings with Alishma. We were regularly updated and had 30 viewings booked within a week = house pitched at the right price to the right audience. Resulted in multiple offers at a level accepted. The Move Manager Alison was then great at keeping us updated and changing solicitors as it came towards completion.
