Henry was great throughout, excellent communication which helped make everything run smoothly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, from answering our questions to chasing things up on our behalf.<br><br>Henry was really good at taking our feedback on board after viewings and quickly got a sense of exactly what we were looking for. Once we found it, he provided helpful recommendations without being overbearing, which we appreciated.<br><br>We're really happy with the house we ended up with and feel that Henry played a big part in getting us there. We'd happily recommend him and the team at McCarthy Holden to anyone going through the buying process.

In particular with the support I received from Olli who did the showround on a Saturday afternoon and patiently waited for us as we were late in arriving. He also helped with the paperwork received from the Solicitor and simplified the whole process. I cannot emphasise enough how impressed we are with the support we received!! The lines of communication and speed of response after my initial inquiry to view was spot-on and a particular mention to Charlie who met us at the viewing. Very nice chap, a refreshing laid-back approach but well informed as well. Hope to see more properties with them.

From the start, the team was always friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They were happy to arrange viewings whenever we requested them, which made finding the right home much easier.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Donetta Holland, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel so much more manageable. She consistently went above and beyond by chasing solicitors and other third parties, following up on enquiries, and making sure nothing was left sitting for too long. She kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer our questions and offer reassurance. Donetta’s knowledge of conveyancing processes and general conveyance law was also extremely helpful, as she was able to clearly explain stages of the process and guide us through what to expect, which gave us real confidence throughout. Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a positive difference to our experience. We genuinely felt that she cared about helping us complete our purchase as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We would also like to thank Emma Macgregor, Barbara Wheeler, Emma Watson, and Nathan Macgregor, who were all fantastic whenever we attended property viewings. They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.

As a fellow estate agent, recently involved in a long chain of 13 links, at times that could have easily crumbled, their joint effort determination and resilience really helped make the difference to the process. It was so lovely to work with agents who shared the same desire to get to the finish line for the people behind the homes. Their telephone manner also made me smile! The work that happens behind the scenes is so important and it was a pleasure working with them.<br>If I was looking for an estate agent in New Milton and the surrounding villages I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pettengells.
