2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

Her expertise, knowledge, kindness and encouragement was amazing and she carried us through the whole process when we found our amazing new home - which didn’t take long at all!! If it wasn’t for Alice’s careful guidance we wouldn’t have found and secured our incredible and perfect new home - all thanks to Alice and her team! Thankyou! ??

They were always friendly, approachable and professional, keeping us updated throughout the process and making what can often be a stressful experience feel so much easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer our questions, chase information and provide reassurance whenever we needed it.<br><br>Their communication, dedication and genuine care really stood out, and it was clear they were invested in helping us get into our new home. 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I contacted the agency simply to arrange a viewing and provided my full name and telephone number. I was then asked for additional personal information, including my residential address, before even viewing the property.<br>This reflects a wider problem in the market: unnecessary data collection becoming normalised at every stage. Agents should collect only the information genuinely necessary for the specific purpose. A viewing should not become a pretext for gathering more personal data than is reasonably required.<br>I found the approach intrusive and disproportionate, and it immediately reduced my confidence in dealing with the agency.

They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. I was kept in the loop for all viewings and backed up with texts & emails. Overall I’m completely satisfied with Graham & Co.

From Chris coming out to Dani doing all the background bits and pieces.<br>Whenever I have called or popped they have always been welcoming and happy to chat with me.<br>Their local knowledge is superb and if looking to buy or sell locally they are the best.<br>Dani has kept me up to date with everything through the whole process and always remained smiling and patient.

From the initial enquiry and the first valuation all the way to the completion date we could not fault them.<br>They were easy to contact, quick to reply to all issues, took any actions needed without delay, kept us informed at all stages and overall everyone was just lovely and friendly.<br>We don't plan to move again for quite a while but we would 100% use them again of we did.

Communication was excellent and they were the only estate agent involved in our moving process who made the many difficulties manageable. It is a shame we had been unable to use them for the sale of our house but will do if needed in the future.

As a first time buyer, I really had no idea where to start, however Vicki was very helpful and managed to find me the best suited mortgage deal. She handled my application, which as a result felt like a breeze, and then proceed to help navigate life cover etc. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda, Anna & Steph during this and the excellent service also continued with them. They really are a lovely team and very much deserve 5 stars!

I couldn't have had a better team stear me through the ups and downs of a seller making unreasonable demands.
15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)The best Letting & Management Agency I came across. Entire staff is so responsive, accommodating and very helpful overall. Any maintenance issues reported were responded very quickly, I have had worst experiences with other Agencies out there (don't want to name them). During my move-out also, they were so accommodating in keys handover to issues raised in cleaning, etc. Overall, had a very good experience with them, I would any day refer them to anyone.
