She was incredibly helpful and took the time to give us a proper, thorough run-through of the house, making sure we understood everything and felt completely at ease. She was also super quick at replying to any questions we had and was great at chasing things up for us, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Nothing felt rushed and her friendly, professional approach really stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — thank you, Molly, for going above and beyond!
9th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.
22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have just sold our house in Farnham through Charters. Our main contact was Josh Futcher. He has been great at arranging many many viewings and getting people to come and see our house. Finally, one couple, one viewing and that was all we needed. And we are so thrilled to be buying a house through Charters as well. We've had our sights on this particular house for 3 months and finally Josh has made it happen. Josh was a pleasure to work with. Professional, polite and easy to get on with. Thank you so much.

4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We viewed a property a few days ago hosted by Connells Valuer, Hayden. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable of the house, its history and current condition. We found his advice very helpful indeed.
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)cubitt & west have been a breath of fresh air for us! dealing with previous estate agents were a nightmare we were never getting our issues sorted or even our phone calls answered. the first day we moved into our new rented property we had a couple of teething issues things weren’t working quite as they should, when i contacted becky to let her know about these issues she had it resolved within a matter of hours. she also helped us with the moving in process. nothing felt rushed or like we were being forced into a decision and helped us the whole way regarding questions about the property. can definitely recommend and hopefully they will help us buy our own home one day!

Very professional whilst friendly, quick to respond and deal with any issues that had arisen. Thank you Brooke, you made a somewhat stressful experience a lot calmer!

Alison is the person who looked after our purchase and was very friendly and answered any silly questions we had as first time buyers. Thank you very much everyone at Belvoir especially Alison!!

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

They made the entire process feel straightforward and manageable, even when inevitable hiccups arose along the way.<br>Kat was absolutely brilliant — she stepped in at exactly the right moments, helped unblock issues, and worked tirelessly to iron out any problems throughout the buying process. Her support made a real difference and gave us confidence during what can be a stressful time.<br>We would highly recommend Kat and her team. We’re now settled into our new home and couldn’t be happier!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I recently dealt with Greg James Estate Agents while trying to purchase a property, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I found them to be rude and unprofessional in their communication. At what should already be a stressful time when trying to buy a house, I felt they lacked courtesy, transparency, and basic professionalism. I do not believe they acted in the right manner during the process, and their conduct left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a potential buyer. Buying a home is a significant financial and emotional commitment, and I expected a much higher standard of service. Sadly, this was not the case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We highly recommend Marco Harris. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, prompt, and the WhatsApp group was a bonus. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!

Jo was really informative & enthusiastic about the property & had done her research into similar properties in the area, so knew what she was talking about. The pictures she took show the house in the best way possible.- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Bridges were fabulous with my house sale which was fraught with complications due to divorce but they were there every step of the way and were invaluable in the communications needed. I must give special thanks to Kathy who was extremely professional, helpful, understanding and supportive throughout and I am truly grateful she was there. Keith was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him too along with the rest of the Bridges staff. I would recommend Bridges Basingstoke 100%

28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)23 years with Leaders and 7 years with Fareham and they are the worst agent I have ever used and I have used a few. Hidden fee’s, increase rents and then when questioned as no correspondence supporting this they said it was my fault for not noticing, I wanted to leave them then but stuck in contract or would have cost me £2500 to leave. My last tenant didn’t pay their last months rent and Emily at leaders just sent the guarantor an email saying would she like to make a payment, what’s the point of them, I now am taking them to court as they didn’t take it out of the deposit either. Zero deposit!?! Well, the tenant paid around £4000 and at the end still needed to find the money to pay for damages. Leaders also think it’s ok to cut on a brand new worktop as they had a new kitchen, costing me £650 to replace as they never used a cutting board but I was given £20 on the adjudication. wardrobes that were wrecked, buckled they gave me £80 that wouldn’t even cover the removal of them they cost me £1750 to replace. Honestly ive used Romans before and they were amazing so not the whole company are unprofessional but this Leaders, they were slandering me to the tenant apparently and no care for your property. If you use them I hope you don’t need them for any problems, as they won’t help you. I’ve had more help from Bernard’s in 2 months with a couple of properties than I have with leaders in 23 years. What I can say about Leaders is that Josh in their tenancy management team are amazing Josh is so professional and knowledgeable just a great end of a bad experience from Fareham.
