They know the area exceptionally well, no question or concern goes unanswered and their communication is top notch. I’m planning to stay in the lovely place they’ve brought into my life, but I would choose them to represent any sale I might do in the future and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a true, expert level agency.

Even boasting about "striving for a transparent and efficient selection process" when all they do is probably get as much info from you as possible (including a video introduction of yourself), then run away with the information they got.

16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Mark and team in contrast lined up a tonne of viewings within days of the ad going live. I had an offer the next day. Mark kept on top of the process all the way through, oiling the wheels throughout to keep everything on track. A safe and reliable pair of hands. Definitely recommend.

Was looking for a one-bedroom apartment on rather short notice and Helaina kindly connected me with the right property the second it became available. Therfore was able to secure everything with as little as possible time constraint. Helaina made the process super smooth and completely tailored to my situation. Would go again via Tavistock anytime!

1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I recently bought a property with Goldschmidt & Howland and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Lillie. She quickly grasped what I was looking for and found me a property that genuinely feels perfect. After working with several other agents beforehand, i knew i wanted to stick with Lillie once i found her. At no point did I feel like I was being 'sold to' - instead she kept me fully informed, managed expectations and navigated the inevitable stress of a complex chain with confidence and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goldschmidt & Howland to anyone buying or selling and I would absolutely work with them again.

13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid Chante - Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service! I am writing this review to save others from the incredibly frustrating experience I had dealing with Chante at Johns & Co. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and misleading. On several occasions, she said she would “call the landlord” and implied urgency due to another offer being made on the property. However, the flat had reportedly been on the market for months with no interest until we became involved. The pressure tactics felt dishonest and unnecessary. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Messages would often go unanswered for long periods, which makes it extremely difficult to plan viewings in London’s fast-paced rental market. After repeated follow-ups and pushback, we finally agreed on a viewing. I travelled 1.5 hours specifically to attend. I arrived five minutes early at 7:40am and asked where we should meet. I was told she was waiting for a colleague to drop off keys. I then waited outside for 30 minutes. Instead of proceeding with the viewing, she decided to return to her office because she had a meeting to attend - effectively leaving without conducting the viewing. No proper apology, no professional handling of the situation. It is not normal or acceptable to deflect, mislead, ghost clients, or waste someone’s time in this way. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision before engaging with her. I also hope Johns & Co management take this feedback seriously and address the standard of service being delivered.

Thankfully, I was lucky to work with Kyle from Homesforth, who guided and supported me every step of the way. Kyle was helpful, approachable and responsive, always promptly answering all my questions, resolving issues and keeping everything moving smoothly. His friendly manner, professionalism, transparency, dedication, and efficiency made the whole process almost stress-free. Having that support and guidance when buying your first property is invaluable, and I truly cannot thank Kyle Smith and the team at Homesforth enough.
