You’ve all been incredibly proactive, constantly following up, communicating clearly and doing everything necessary to move things forward and get our property sold. 9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)Huge thank you to Callum and the team at Broadstairs for making the stressful experience of buying my first home a lot smoother than it otherwise would have been, I received excellent communication and was always greeted with a smile in the office. It can be hard to find the experience of paying for a service where people actually care about getting the job done and making it feel worth the time and money but this was one of those rare few. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.
3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.

22nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Lawrence and Co recently sold our late Father's house in Hythe. From start to finish we felt so supported and confident with their service . The whole team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The respect they showed when valuing the property was so kind and realistic . Any time we called with a query , it was death with so efficiently. The whole process was amazing and we would highly recommend them .

27th May 2025 (1 year ago)I'd needed to make a claim (upheld by the Property Ombudsman) against another local estate agent, who had dragged out and delayed this 2019-20 (probate) sale, in order to favour their buyer. After the above delay and attendant loss of several potential buyers was stopped in its tracks, with Miles & Barr being appointed to clear up the mess, they delivered a sale (and with yet more delays around the rent-a-roof solar panels installed by our parents - but they got there in the end), albeit at a lower price than we'd initially hoped for.

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!

27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Highley recommend. From the first time of speaking to Maisie Morris-Judd on the phone to discuss a property to purchase, she was attentive to our needs. She listened to what we needed in a property and has found us the perfect place. Everytime we have seen or spoken to her she has been helpful, friendly and informative. We asked for mortgage advice too and she put us in touch with leon lett. He again has been really helpful and found us a good deal. If we've needed any information he has helped us and explained our options. Couldn't have asked for better service from anywhere else. Highly recommend xx

They made what is a very stressful time bearable. They continually kept us updated of progress, whether it was good or bad, fully explaining the situation.<br>Thank you for your dedication.
23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)There's a drip in my property. Water is pissing through the window and previously through the ceiling light. The gulleys were cleaned but the issue persists and they have put my rent up before sorting the issue. As others have said, please avoid if you can. I've heard other stories in and around town from speaking to people in local shops about how bad Lovett's is. Unfortunately for them, I am very persistent, and if like the previous reviewer they try to keep hold of MY deposit when I leave, well they are in for some fun ?????? Video of leak attached for your viewing pleasure - put the sound on (it was taken at 3am)<br><br>They are in and out of my property or need me to be available all the time.<br><br>November - gas safety check<br>26th January - property inspection<br>10th April - EICR check, guy didn't turn up<br>11th June - keys cut - surprise surprise<br>15th June EICR<br>26th June - Fire safety check<br><br>I don't want someone in my property when I am not there but they can do what they like because they only have to give 48 hours notice.<br><br>Word spreads fast and people talk. Sort it out.

Clare was very positive about our property and suggested a price-range, which other agencies hadn't. The property was presented very well in the marketing material, and it was good to know that social media would also be used to market the property. Multiple viewings were quickly arranged. Within two weeks of going on the market, we were going to best and final offers with three interested parties. Clare discussed each of the offers with us, and helped us to decide which to accept. A very positive experience, and we would definitely recommend Wilson Real Estate
