They don’t have any reason to keep my deposit, landlord has accepted 1 month ago that was no problem with the property and they are not giving my deposit back! After 3 years with this agency they didn’t care about us, luckily the landlord was next door to sort out the problems!

21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????
6th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I've just completed on my purchase in Hadley Wood and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Maria at Statons for all her help throughout the process. From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. Highly recommend both Maria and the Statons Hadley Wood team.

Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

1st Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better
21st Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…- 11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)My partner and I had a really positive experience with this lettings agency from start to finish. Communication was consistently clear and reliable, and any queries we had were dealt with promptly. Whenever maintenance issues came up, they were handled quickly and efficiently, which made living in the property easier and stress-free. What really stood out was how approachable and genuine the team are. They’re down-to-earth people who are easy to talk to and clearly care about providing a good service to tenants. Our move-out process was handled smoothly and professionally, which made what can often be a stressful time much simpler. A special thank you to Sanjay and Dylan in particular. Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend them.

Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. Can't really recommend enough! Thanks Tim.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

As first-time buyers, we felt completely supported and reassured by his guidance as he is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. 6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Not very kind of you to delete my review. Guess I’ll just have to say it again. Everyone is entitled to tell the truth aren’t they Andy? I would appreciate it if you could not delete it this time. I honestly don't even know where to begin with this Man. If you listen to any of these reviews listen to this one. I've spent two years renting a property from 'Davis and partners' they have left me in there for 6 months with no boiler/heating. Black mould everywhere to the point l've had to get an inhaler and steroids. Told me the plumbing and pipe work was not his problem thus causing my bath to fill up everytime I shower and does not drain for two days. About a year ago the upstairs neighbours had a leak it came through my ceiling, going into all of my electrics. Andy told me I was '1000%' safe? And it was just an egg cup full of water! His solution to this mess, was sending a contractor' who stuck the sewage filled wallpaper back to my ceiling and painted over it. Not only this but he also stood on my Hob and cracked it down the middle. Most recently we're talking just a few days here, my upstairs neighbour drained her bath and the entire thing came through my ceiling in the hallway and bathroom. The lights have filled up with water causing my electricity to trip and his response was there is nothing he can do I have to sort it myself. This man is a disgrace and has no problem whatsoever leaving people to live in dire conditions but he has no problem renovating his new office and bragging about it online. He also failed to tell me for two years my rent has been going into the wrong account and when I said I felt extremely uncomfortable with this, his response to me was "okay Casey I'm just simply asking you to pay the rent into the correct account?" I'm just struggling to understand why and how this was not mentioned two years ago? Furthermore, on the 18th of December I emailed Andy with a list of repairs, I then received an eviction notice Dated the same day. I would Recommend not using this estate agent if you would not like to be scammed and left to live in conditions no person should live in. My upstairs neighbour has two very small children and I think it's a disgrace to leave them in such danger. This poor excuse of an estate agent will not help you nor does he care to. No human should be left to live in the conditions this man has no issue leaving people in.

Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

If we have ever had any issues they have been dealt with immediately, the process of acquiring the property was straight forward and the house checks have always been organised in advance. I highly recommend Andrea & Co and Kate

18th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)I had an unpleasant experience renting through Jayson Russell. When I moved in, the stove, washer, and toilet were broken, and about half of the lights didn’t work. My main issue, however, is the dishonesty of the agent, Daniel. During the viewing, I specifically asked if there were any families or children in the building, as I was concerned about potential noise. He told me it was occupied only by single professionals. This turned out to be untrue — both my next-door and upstairs neighbours are families with children. Had I known this, I would not have taken the property. Since moving in, I’ve had three separate power outages, which is completely unacceptable for a residential property. When I raised this issue with Daniel, he dismissively replied, “That’s normal, I had a power cut yesterday.” Additionally, there was a problem with a broken lock — my neighbour could open my door with their own key. I had initially planned to stay with Jayson Russell and even considered asking Russell (who has generally been reliable, though I now question his oversight of his colleague) to help me find another flat. However, due to the ongoing property issues and Daniel’s dishonesty, I’ve decided to move out once my current tenancy ends. I hope Jayson Russell can improve their management and integrity — otherwise, they risk losing good future tenants.
