25th May 2023 (2 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

We sold and bought a property through them, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage, and their level of service was impeccable. We also used their solicitors’ service, which was equally superb – everything handled promptly and professionally. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Five-star service with a genuine personal touch – Christine and Alex simply can’t be beaten! And to top it all off, they offered the most competitive pricing on the market. Thank you, Elmhirst Parker, for making what could have been a stressful time an absolute pleasure!

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!
29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Whilst not the cheapest option in terms of fees, this was offset by the final offer made which was above the minimum asking price. The sales/admin team work well together meaning queries are efficiently directed to the appropriate personnel. Viewings were managed very effectively with phone calls backed up with confirmation emails. Feedback from viewings was rigorously sought and quickly relayed back to me. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of service given.- 23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Wasted a hour of my time turned up 15 minutes early thinking they would arrive on time phoned after viewing time and said they could not come attend the viewing Absolutely disgraceful no respect for a person's time absolute waste of a company.

Always on hand with a listening ear and Max was just the best support as was Andy. I would recommend Hunters Castleford for a rental to anyone as they are great with the personal touches, I always felt listened to and when I needed them they were always there. Thank you to all the fabulous team keep doing you are the best x
