14th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)I can highly recommend Chestnut Solutions. They are a family run business offering a really personal service. Richard is very friendly to deal with and sold my house in a day for much more than the asking price. Everything ran smoothly with the sale.
5th Jun 2019 (6 years ago)Helpful while in the property. However when leaving created numerous problems including adding extra charges for leaving. I would not trust these people to do the best for you. They are in it for the money !

14th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)The whole process with NPP has been very stressful. At the beginning all accommodations were met & so welcoming to the property. I was in a property with faults and promised so much to get this fix however nothing until I left and they sent someone. I have also been rudely spoke to throughout the whole process and chased for payments with no given help or support. Overall I am not one to complain however this has been a horrible experience

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

16th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)I just wanted to say if you are looking to sell your house, definitely look to use Rockello real estate! I had another agent say to me “ ooh but they’re very new!!” YES they are but that makes them keen, on the ball and hard working!!! Harry and Niall are great guys, down to earth, straight talking and honest! There’s none of the scripted crap that you can get from others and they make you feel like you are their only customer! Also the best thing is they are much cheaper than the other agents around us!! My house had only been on the market with them 8 days when they showed my buyer around! It has all happened so quickly and if you go on their pages you will see how many properties they are selling quickly! So do yourself a favour and give Harry or Niall a call, guys you are doing an exceptional job. Thank you so much ?? Rachel Baker ????
