As you know moving can be so stressful, but Demi always found a way to help everything move forward properly. Demi was so helpful and understanding, and she really brightened up my day with such a warm and delightful smile. Such a lovely young lady! I definitely would recommend, Demi was fantastic

17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)They were not very proactive,, also sent sellers who were not very interested in the property in the first place. Just didn’t think they had my best interest at heart. Seemed to really sell their ‘selling points’ to me prior to marketing but then not do any more.

Communication has always been clear and reliable, and it’s reassuring to deal with people who truly care about their tenants. I would highly recommend Ben, Jayne, and the team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-organised letting agency.

My contact Charlotte is absolutely fantastic often going out of her ways to help manage issues with tenants and getting property issues settled promptly at the competitive prices. Charlotte has a friendly approach which really helps.

25th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

What really stood out was the personal service we received throughout the entire process. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>They handled all of our viewings and were extremely flexible with timings, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They regularly chased updates from solicitors on our behalf and kept us fully informed with weekly progress updates, which gave us real peace of mind.<br><br>Paul should be incredibly proud of the business he has built. The whole team worked tirelessly to support us and made moving house far less stressful than we ever imagined it could be, especially with having a young baby.<br><br>We cannot recommend them highly enough and are extremely grateful for everything they did for us. ??

25th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Roger was very fair and reasonable to deal with, was considerate to our wishes and did not pressure us at any stage of the process. The only slightly disappointing aspect of the marketing was the photos, as we thought some were a bit too bright.
27th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
