6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ten days before Xmas I had the onerous task of asking tenants to leave as I had major structural problems in my house but trying to rehouse someone at that time added to my problems. I called into Winkworths to ask the impossible question but was met with welcoming smiles and a solution to my problem.<br><br>I can recommend the new owners Rob and Abbie and their longstanding member of staff, Tom for all their positiveness and help in what appeared to be an impossible situation, particularly at that time of the year. Well done Winkworths and Good Luck with your new venture. I will certainly go back again.
18th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

9th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Andrew Lloyd Estates is a very small team managing more properties than they can realistically handle, and the service reflects that. Most of our enquiries took a very long time to resolve, and we constantly had to follow up just to get basic updates. If you don’t chase them, nothing happens — which becomes very exhausting over time. Communication is inconsistent and often unclear. There were long delays, missed calls, unanswered emails, and instances where it felt like our enquiries were simply ignored. Even serious issues — like a roof leak — were repeatedly postponed and never properly fixed during our 1.5-year tenancy. Promises should be taken lightly, because you will need to remind them many times before anything is completed. The moving-out process was similarly slow and confusing, and we had to follow up multiple times to get our deposit processed. There were also moments that felt unprofessional, like sudden mentions of potential rent increases (which didn’t happen in the end) or staff going on long annual leave without any out-of-office message. On the positive side, the flat itself was great and served as our first home in the UK. If you find a property you love and it doesn’t require much maintenance, it might work for you. But overall, the customer service was very mediocre and left us feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the tenancy.

Always happy to help and answer any questions as silly as they may be. The ladies are all so lovely and friendly and Tilley the pup instantly cheers your day up!
18th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Summary: They're a bunch of clowns in manky suits. While arranging a tenancy, they threatened to pull our contract if we didn't agree to pay within 24 hours, stating the past tenants wanted to remain in the property. We were in contact with the past tenants whoever, who were all moving out of the city. They made a meal out of every situation we encountered them in, and had a horrid smarmy attitude which made any interactions draining. Steer clear unless you're also an energy vampire.

So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.

3rd Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)I am compelled to write this having just moved out of a property. Some of Johns and Co's practices are not only underhanded but illegal. They will try to take money out of your deposit for 'final bills' (eg. electrictiy), despite us having settled these ourselves. We lived in a property that started with a broken dishwasher (they were already aware of this prior to moving in) and a broken airconditioning unit which they did not fix in our entire tenancy. The bathroom was so poorly maintained that during the first week of us moving in the bathroom pipes leaked into the below neighbour's flat. The shower also continued leaking on to the bathroom floor every time it was used because of failure by the landlord and John's and Co to maintain the property. Additionally, we booked a move out cleaning to be done as we have a dog (which we paid additional monthly pet fees for) and we used their desired contractor. For a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat to vacuum some dog hair they charged nearly £800 (it is a 500sq flat) and tried to claim that the upholstery was in a bad state. We had covers on all upholstery for our entire stay there. This upholstery was severely stained and marked when we moved in due to lack of cleaning and maintenance done by the landlord/ John's and Co. Do not rent through them if they are also managing the property and move out process.

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

Purchasing our new home was a big step for us, but the team provided us with reassurance and knowledge throughout. Krisztina is brilliant and personable. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to facilitate a number of visits for us, always accommodating and patient (alongside the sellers!) while we took the time to make the right decision and even with us having a new baby in the middle of the purchasing process. Lawrence was also key in getting the purchase over the line. He was communicative and helped all parties stay aligned, which made a real difference in securing our dream home. We’re genuinely grateful for the support and expertise shown by both Krisztina and Lawrence. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy - a very capable team.
