9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.
13th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)We had such a great experience selling our flat with Statons. We dealt with Angelo who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The flat sold in just 6 weeks for a price we were really happy with, especially impressive considering there are still other flats in our building for sale with different agents that have been on the market for much longer and still haven’t sold! The photos Statons arranged were perfect, and the video they created really captured the style and feel of the flat which was a nice bonus. Throughout the whole process, the team were helpful and responded quickly. A special mention to Angelo, who went above and beyond even making sure our cat was comfortable during viewings! I couldn’t recommend Statons enough and we will be using them for all future sales!

I always felt supported and well-advised, and it was clear that my best interests were a priority at every stage. This was not just a transaction but a genuinely professional partnership. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to others.

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. Can't really recommend enough! Thanks Tim.
16th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

7th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)This was he worst experience I have ever had in 10 years of rental property's. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums. Never again!
13th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Since signing contracts, unfortunately the service I have received from Stone has been seriously lacking. They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. From the initial viewing to completion, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful. They kept us well informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and ensured the buying process moved smoothly. Purchasing a new build can sometimes feel complex, but their guidance and clear communication made everything much easier and less stressful. We especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to liaise with the developer and keep things on track. Overall, the service was friendly, efficient, and reliable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property and are very grateful for their support in helping us secure our new home!!
