2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.

8th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.

They truly stand out compared to many of the big franchise agencies . The service here feels much more personal and genuine. The team has always been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. A special mention to Michelle, she’s been absolutely fantastic! Always available, approachable, and incredibly helpful with any questions or issues. It’s been a pleasure renting with such a reliable and caring agency. Highly recommend!

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. I can genuinely say he is light years ahead of any other estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and exceptional at what they do, Peter is the one. 6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

18th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)I had an unpleasant experience renting through Jayson Russell. When I moved in, the stove, washer, and toilet were broken, and about half of the lights didn’t work. My main issue, however, is the dishonesty of the agent, Daniel. During the viewing, I specifically asked if there were any families or children in the building, as I was concerned about potential noise. He told me it was occupied only by single professionals. This turned out to be untrue — both my next-door and upstairs neighbours are families with children. Had I known this, I would not have taken the property. Since moving in, I’ve had three separate power outages, which is completely unacceptable for a residential property. When I raised this issue with Daniel, he dismissively replied, “That’s normal, I had a power cut yesterday.” Additionally, there was a problem with a broken lock — my neighbour could open my door with their own key. I had initially planned to stay with Jayson Russell and even considered asking Russell (who has generally been reliable, though I now question his oversight of his colleague) to help me find another flat. However, due to the ongoing property issues and Daniel’s dishonesty, I’ve decided to move out once my current tenancy ends. I hope Jayson Russell can improve their management and integrity — otherwise, they risk losing good future tenants.
