Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. 29th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)Blain Firmin have been dealing with the sale of my late Mother’s flat. It was not an easy sale with short lease and not in the best condition. Mark held an open viewing day and sold it immediately getting an offer well above asking price. Mark has been an absolute joy to deal with. Helped getting a company to clear the flat for us. He kept us informed every step of the process and was always ready to help with any query we had. I would thoroughly recommend Blain Firmin they are a great professional company.

Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.
25th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.
4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.

From the very beginning, Trupti and the team have been incredibly supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any time an issue came up—whether it was maintenance, documentation, or general queries—they responded quickly and always made sure things were resolved smoothly. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. They consistently worked around my schedule, which made everything—from inspections to repairs—so much more convenient. Communication was always easy and professional—Trupti especially was a joy to deal with, always approachable, proactive, and genuinely kind, making the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. 11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

They did it all in an instant. They found strong buyers and secured a full asking price offer in a few weeks. They were always available by phone and email and helped navigate what seemed impossible, a 7 week from sale to completion to ensure the mortgage needs of the bottom of the chain were met. I highly recommend them for any property sale or purchasing.
