From start to finish, he was incredibly proactive, communicative, and always available to answer my questions or check in on how things were progressing.<br><br>Jason went above and beyond at every step - he was patient and knowledgeable during viewings, gave brilliant recommendations for a solicitor, and even facilitated document handovers from his office to keep things moving. 30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.
