Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. 22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

Patience when I cancelled a couple of viewings when we changed our mind. Hoping we've found the property we want with them. Frank is a gentleman .

I was able to book multiple viewings to make sure all family had a chance to see. Such speedy responses. Got my offer accepted in the middle of March and got the keys this afternoon. Over the moon. 10/10

They were professional, responsive, genuinely helpful throughout our experience and nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market, thorough in every step, and approachable—always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After working with them, we would have no hesitation in using them again, in fact we would not go anywhere else! Ten out of ten.

Everything they did was clear, logical and prompt. The house was sold within a week and the sale completed without incident. My regular contact was Jake Hellon, who was great to deal with. Overall I was really impressed and would recommend Lesley Hooks without hesitation.
