3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Used for the sale of my property and was rather underwhelmed by the overall service. I had to chase to see what was happening as got no comms from them even the week before completion i had to chase all parties as buyers solicitor was responding...Then once the sale had completed, never got a thank you for your business, nothing, its as though it , weve got your money now. Our agent we are buying new property kept asking for updates and got zero reply and had to ask me for an update. Am sure when using estate agents they are supposed to take all this out of the process for you, give you updates etc.<br><br>Disappointed

29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed

12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Very dissapointed with Leaders Estate<br>agents in Crewe.<br>Viewed a property, made an offer. Offer was accepted then I was informed I had to pay a £96.00. Fee for a credit check on myself<br>(Not told about this until the offer was accepted so much for no hidden extras.)<br>Had a phone call today to say the vendor had pulled out of the sale, I feel I have been ripped off as they will not refund the fee I have paid, has anyone else had a similar experience. I am considering taking this through the small claims court so any other thoughts would be appreciated

He also remained helpful after completion when I needed further information about the property. His communication style could sometimes feel quite abrupt, and some early paperwork needed correcting, but overall he was effective and helped bring the purchase to completion. The Prosecco and card when I collected the keys were also a lovely and thoughtful touch!

Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.

See next para for our 2023 review, which still applies in full. ----- A pleasure to deal with this business. Oliver and all his staff are very efficient. We had a potentially difficult house to sell and were not on the open market. Kallista matched our house with a buyer and helped negotiate a price to suit both parties. She kept the deal on track and kept us informed almost daily. We also used Kirkham Legal Services, who were equally efficient. We are 77 and 75 and, over the years, have used several other local agents and solicitors. We have had poor service from most of them. Kirkhams made a welcome change, and we highly recommend them for a job well done. Thanks! David & Margaret Gartside of Uppermill.

The guys made it happen, I rang after I found the property that was just what I needed for me and my boys and dogs and the team had us all in within just 5 days. Communication was clear and anything I needed to know there was an answer or even stuff after I’ve moved in to help sorting utilities out the team was there. Thank you 10/10 team!
