Their approach involves the use of an online portal combined with a personal touch. The portal works well, provides clear information and helps you to generally keep on top of any tenancy issues and requirements (including maintenance). But if you need personal or more bespoke assistance, you can contact the agents (via the portal, or directly by phone or email) and in my experience their responses are quick and effective. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Poole Townsend for renters.

They carried out inspections efficiently, made it easy regarding the dates and times of inspections and kept me informed clearly throughout the process. Any queries were handled promptly, and the whole tenancy and move-out process was smooth. I’d happily recommend them.
