1st Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve been working with James and the Wilson Peacock team for a significant amount of time now, and I can’t express enough how fantastic they have been. Their support, professionalism, and the way they facilitate everything have been exceptional. I manage multiple rental properties, and although I don’t use their full managed services, I rely on them to find tenants. I’ve always been proud to have Wilson Peacock —and especially James Richens.—supporting my property portfolio. They’ve consistently helped me secure the right tenants and have played a key role in enabling my growth over the years. 19th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.

16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.
