25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

13th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I felt very fortunate to work with Tom and Lewis from the outset, Tom is a fair minded individual who evaluates carefully his clients and their requirements and it pays off in the relationships he forms which is one of trust. Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years
25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Independent London and are ecstatic to have now moved in. Although there were some delays due to complications with the seller, Steve was always on hand to pick up my phone calls and kept pushing the deal forward up towards completion. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)First let then sold a property through maritime properties. They dealt with the while process and kept me informed at all times. Much better than other estate agents that I have dealt with.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.- 23rd Jun 2022 (3 years ago)KFH is a very efficient, proactive and pleasant team to work with. They did a great job organising viewings and finding a buyer. They then did a great job managing the sale process.

The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.
2nd Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Marie went more than the extra mile in ensuring a successful sale. Despite many twists and turns before the sale was complete she met every challenge professionally and rapidly. Couldn't have asked more or got better anywhere else.

We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
