She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!- 1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)What can I say? From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!

I first met Jess when she helped resolve an issue at a rental property above mine, and her professionalism left a lasting impression. So, when it came time to sell my flat, there was no question who I’d call. Jess handled what turned out to be a complex sale with remarkable patience, skill, and good humour. She was always available with sound advice and practical solutions, guiding the process smoothly from start to finish. Most of us will only go through a few property sales in our lives, I'd suggest you make sure yours are with someone like Jess.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)My partner and I couldn’t recommend Paul, Samira and Sine at Samuel Estates more highly. We met with a number of estate agents but immediately could tell that something was different, more honest and personal when first meeting Paul. They also had comforting evidence of selling properties fast within the area. We experienced great communication throughout the process and this personal approach really helped negotiate and seek alternative options when a few unforeseen circumstances arose up and down the chain, keeping everyone calm and then pushing when they needed to. We’d definitely recommend the team at Samuel Estates to anyone in Streatham/Norbury and surrounding areas that they cover.

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m really grateful for all the support from the team at Cow & Co.

She was honest about the demand, supply of the houses in the area I was looking at. She was also very honest and fair about the prices. To add further, she was kind and never stopped being in touch! Sam was charming and accommodating with great communication whilst being relaxed and so efficient. So easy to work with and I felt very looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. All documentation and paperwork / online portals etc made the process completely painless. True customer service at its best. A big thank you from me.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very disappointing experience with this agency. Communication from their representative, Josh, was unnecessarily argumentative and lacked professionalism. Reasonable requests regarding suitable viewing times were inaccurately presented as a refusal. As a tenant, I remained cooperative, yet the tone and approach taken made the process stressful and uncomfortable. Professionalism and respectful communication should be standard practice in any property agency. However, he was lack of them. In this case, Josh clearly fell short of these standards. In contrast, my communication with Jena was professional, polite, and respectful. She arranged viewings appropriately and approached matters in a courteous manner, which made cooperation much easier. Professional and respectful communication makes a significant difference, and I hope this agency ensures consistency across its team. Update in response to the agency’s reply: I stand by my review, as it reflects my genuine experience. I have retained screenshots of the communication between Joshua and myself, including responses that I found dismissive and unprofessional, such as the use of a laughing emoji when I mentioned raising a complaint. This understandably gave the impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. For clarity, two viewings were successfully conducted at the property with my agreement. This clearly demonstrates that I was cooperative and did not refuse access. As a working tenant, I simply requested reasonable availability within my schedule, which is entirely within my legal rights. Leaving a review on Google is also my right as a consumer when I feel my experience does not reflect the standards described in your response. Should the matter require independent review, I am comfortable referring it to The Property Ombudsman so that an impartial assessment can determine whether the communication met appropriate professional standards. I remain willing to cooperate within reasonable and respectful boundaries. However, I do not wish to continue communication with Joshua and request that future arrangements are handled by another respectful representative.

I first met Ashleigh at an initial viewing, and from our phone conversation it was clear that she quickly understood my requirements. She proactively arranged a viewing for another property the very next day, which turned out to be a much better fit. Because everything was prepared in advance, when the first apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I was able to move forward immediately without any delays. Ashleigh is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and used her expertise to suggest properties that genuinely suited my needs. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I secured an apartment I’m very happy with within just two days. She also went above and beyond to help coordinate the rent and the start date, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
