8th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Madison Brook appears to be a very professional estate agent, with strong local knowledge and excellent communication throughout the process. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

Liz especially went above and beyond to keep all parties informed, proactively resolved issues and ensured that both the sale and purchase progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Their commitment to achieving the best outcome for the clients was unwavering and undoubtedly played a significant role in the successful completion of the transactions.<br><br>As a solicitor, I would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

26th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)In my experience I found Dexters to be very good when dealing with finding a new rental. Though I must give a call out to their letting agent Emma. Finding a place can be stressful and time consuming but, she was always calm and ever so helpful. Very down to earth person and seemed nothing was too much trouble. She always kept in regular contact be it by phone and/or email (whichever was easier for me), responding to queries same day. All the forms to fill out is quite stressful and I found her to be ever so helpful when it came to these which really helped me as was having problems accessing them. Saw her at the office and she went through them with me. A lovely down to earth lady who happily helped every step of the way. Made what is a naturally stressful experience actually manageable. 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

I was a novice to the house selling business but they took me through it very patiently and professionally. Their house valuation and assessment of the housing market was spot on.

Matthew really took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us properties that were genuinely well-matched to our needs. When our survey turned up some minor issues, he handled the price renegotiation efficiently and got us a fair outcome.<br><br>Wendy was excellent on sales progression — the seller was chain-free and wanted to move fast, and with both sides travelling over the summer holidays, timing could easily have gone wrong. She kept everything moving regardless, and we exchanged and completed in under six weeks.<br><br>Highly recommend Matthew, Wendy, and the team at Gibson Lane - Ham.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

They have been managing the rental of my flat, and almost every matter has been frustrating to deal with and handled unprofessionally.<br><br>I appointed a managing agent to reduce the stress and workload of renting out my property, but instead, dealing with Madison Brook has created more work and frustration than managing it myself.<br><br>In particular, my experience with Natasha has been very poor. I found her communication rude, her service inefficient, and her approach to client service seriously lacking. Issues that should have been straightforward were unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to resolve.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Madison Brook for property management.
