25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)????? A First-Class Team We cannot recommend Property Connections in Bathgate highly enough. From start to finish, the service was slick, smooth, and very professional. Kevin Slattery was our estate agent and he is truly in a league of his own. Throughout the entire process, he remained incredibly efficient and maintained a calm, professional manner that instantly put us at ease from day one. His knowledge of the current property market and sales is second to none, he really knows his stuff. The social media coverage and the house video were brilliant and presented our home in the best possible light. Also a huge thank you also to the rest of the office team who kept us updated every step of the way, we never had to chase anyone for information. Selling a home is stressful, but Kevin’s sense of humour was much appreciated when things got tense. It made a world of difference! From there I was guided more than proficiently by Rachel and Catherine and now sitting writing this in my lovely new garden! Moving is stressful enough so this firm is ideal for anyone who needs that bit extra care.

Callum Sloan from the property management team has been super helpful and very professional at dealing with any our questions & getting any issues resolved as soon as possible. We were kept informed about when viewings were taking place, we sat back and it was taken care of. We also received good advice on the initial offer, and we got a price we were happy with.
17th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Had a 5 ?? experience from start to finish. Initially dealt with Mark who arranged promptly to get my flat on the market. Sophie then dealt with all negotiations and helped guide me through the process as a first time seller. I felt extremely supported in every decision I made and my flat was sold at closing date after being on the market exactly 1 week. I truly believe this was all down to Mark, Sophie and the rest of the team being so skilled and proactive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch/team and would use again in the future. They made what could have been a stressful time very straight forward!

It took slightly longer than I had hoped for but at the end of the day we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Carol was our main point of contact and she was great especially towards the end when things got a bit frantic with 3 offers in the space of a couple of days. Whilst our property was on the market we dealt with a number of people in the Stirling office and all of them were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the pre registration service with Clyde so we were ready to go when we found a property we wanted to go for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to sell your home. Very professional from start to finish.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I can highly recommend Fiuran! From the moment I contacted Laura about houses for sale she was friendly and warm, super efficient and supportive. It felt like they really cared about me as a customer especially when things were difficult during the process. I felt valued and as a first time buyer Laura was always there to give advice. When I finally secured my dream house there was a box of goodies waiting for me on the doorstep when I moved in which was a lovely surprised. I cannot recommend them more highly!
