Lisa and the team are always on hand any time we’ve needed them and they’ve been really proactive in dealing with any issues that have came up. Our portfolio is quite spread out, so without SHH we would be struggling to keep on top of it. They allow us to be very hands off which is vital for us Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent! Thanks again!

Said they would get back to me within 2 days to confirm if the landlord has gone with me. Till this day I haven’t heard a thing. Inhumane agency that only cares about money. Avoid at all costs!

She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. After having a really poor experience with another estate agency and then having an offer fall through, we were feeling quite stressed and unsure about the whole process and whether to even sell.<br><br>From the very first meeting with Molly, who came out to our house, we felt much more positive and reassured. Nicole was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome. Claire was also lovely to deal with and always helpful whenever we spoke with her.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable, supportive, and professional the whole team were. Agents are so responsive on both phone and emails and they are really helpful with queries from confused first-time buyers like me. Even though I didn't offer on a property with Clyde, they were still so lovely on the phone. Whenever I sell in the future I will definitely chose Clyde!
