All members of stuff have been extremely helpful while negotiating the lease and also at the time of moving out. In particular, Anne Meagan, my assigned property manager, was very efficient whenever a repair needed to be carried out.

Makes no sense at all. 15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Throughout this process Vicky and Cormac have been outstanding!! From the initial visit by Vicky and the contact thereafter from both Vicky and Cormac it has been an incredibly easy process. Their attention to detail and communication has been brilliant. In a process that has many pitfalls and potential areas of confusion they have been open at every turn. I have just came off the phone with Cormac for the final time before the sale tomorrow and he, and Vicky, have been a real credit to the organisation with their professionalism throughout. I would recommend to anyone.
11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)The process started very poorly. After contacting them in September about purchasing a new build, things were smooth initially and I was told on 24th October that my case would be passed to the conveyancing team and they’d be in touch within 7–14 days. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear anything for over a month. Multiple calls resulted in promises of callbacks that never came, which was very frustrating during such a stressful process. However, once the case was eventually picked up, the service improved significantly. Communication became much clearer and the team were helpful and responsive - Rhona in particular was absolutely fantastic, went a long way to patch up the terrible start, and is the reason I am amending this review.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)I worked with Your Move in Leven to support me with the letting of a property and then eventually with the sale of it. In both areas the service and support I received, I could not fault.<br>The team at Your Move are so knowledgeable and helpful and are always on hand for questions, advice and support. I felt really comfortable asking questions and felt that anything I raised was heard and reacted to.<br>I really couldn't recommend them enough.
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We initially did not intend to leave a negative review and wanted to let the matter lie. However, the agency’s consistently defensive and unapologetic responses, followed by a complete failure to respond at all, forced our hand. We instructed the agency to carry out a deep clean and remedial works before any viewings took place. Despite clear instructions, the cleaning was delayed over a month and the remedial works took almost two months to complete. During this time we had to repeatedly chase progress, wasting significant time and energy and incurring unnecessary financial cost due to extended vacancy. Communication focused on justifying decisions rather than following explicit client instructions. Ownership was avoided throughout, and when concerns were raised, the response became defensive rather than constructive. While the work was eventually completed, the overall service fell well below what should be expected from a professional property management agency. We would not recommend them to landlords who value timely execution, clear communication, and accountability.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
