However, our decision to ask Martin & Co to market the house for us proved an excellent decision. When we met Paul, who provided the valuation & subsequent photographs / brochure, we knew we were in safe hands. His professionalism & knowledge is first class. Sue then took over the mantle & those safe hands absolutely continued. From handling the viewings on our behalf & providing feedback; responding to our questions quickly & efficiently; handling all negotiations until a sale was agreed & then keeping us regularly updated until the sale was complete, we really could not have asked for a better service. I would highly recommend Martin & Co

I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted. Daniel, who assisted us throughout, did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing all the information we needed about the property and clearly explaining the next steps. His communication was prompt and reassuring throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Martin & Co Sheffield to anyone looking for their next home. 15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

21st May 2025 (1 year ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

26th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!

Made all the bookings for the viewings . The photos were very good, and my home was sold within a week. I would highly recommend Saxton Mee estate agents.

They both responded very promptly to any queries I had and certainly lived up to the promise of providing a very effective and personal service.
1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Lewis came to value the house, he was friendly and courteous. He explained very clearly what he would do and how I would be allocated to a particular agent so only dealt with one person out of their team at all times. I loved the fact they had something called the property hub which was a link I could go on to see exactly who was viewing the house, their feedback and any offers made. I was amazed how quickly they managed to sell the house without even putting a for sale board up. Would highly recommend
