6th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.

Had a stressful time chasing the sellers but finally completed and moved in. Would highly recommend. Thank you again ??????

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give minus stars I would. Communication is awful, constantly chasing, promised calls back then hear nothing. Impossible to get hold of them, including trying to ring 16 times to find out if our offer had even been accepted. Got basic things wrong when buying our house including our offer amount. Buying a house is stressful enough without having to repeatedly chase the estate agents. I would absolutely not recommend them and would strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.- 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Amelia has been brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to help with any questions or concerns I had. She is so friendly, warm and approachable, which made what can be a very stressful process much easier. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept updated. Thank you, Amelia, for all your hard work – I really appreciate everything you’ve done!
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Had a viewing for a house today with an agent called Harrison 10/10 would recommend them. very friendly and chatty, dropped some good jokes here and there and was very informative with the process of what we need to do. The agent who took my call when i was doing the application was also lovely and very polite. amazing service!!

Shadi, the estate agent who conducted our viewing, was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. His professionalism and positive approach truly set him apart from any estate agent I’ve dealt with before. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Blundells.

Outstanding support when things got difficult I first contacted Reeds Rains – previously at 16-18 Moorgate Street, now at Wickersley Rotherham in March 2024 to help me find a flat. From the start, I was told the landlord would manage the property. I thought it would make no difference whether it was managed by the agent or landlord, but it turned out to be a terrible experience all through my stay of over two years. What impressed me most was that the team stood by me from beginning to end, even when issues arose over my deposit. They guided me step-by-step and helped me successfully recover my full deposit plus overpaid rent — something I could not have done without their support. A special mention for Abby — even though she is no longer with the company, her hard work, resilience and dedication were truly noticed and appreciated. I also want to say the Accounts Department was absolutely amazing — efficient, helpful and always there when I needed them. Thank you to every member of the team. I couldn't remember names, the branch manager and other staff members was brilliant. You turned a very stressful situation around and showed real care for your tenants. I highly recommend this office.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I recently sold and purchased a house through William H Brown at Maltby. From the start, Callum was extremely helpful and got our house on the market really quickly to allow us to react to a recent listing.<br><br>Eventually we had an offer accepted on a house, and unfortunately my experience with the solicitors was not great, however, Evie was absolutely fantastic at supporting through this process, making sure we were up to date as often as possible, and doing a lot of chasing and liaising between all parties.<br><br>We can not thank Evie enough for her professionalism and guidance through what was a very frustrating period.<br><br>Shout out also to Courtney, who despite not being the main point of contact for our sale, was always willing to support and update us in Evie’s absence.<br><br>A fab team, and I would highly recommend!
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)While 1 solicitor seemed to be dragging their feet over settling on a moving date, in a small chain of 3, Louise at Redbrik was super at contacting them and keeping us updated almost every day during the last 3 weeks or so of the process. Redbrik are so professional and we never felt ignored. So pleased with their performance.

Buying a house or selling a house is very stressful, especially when you’re a single person, Emily and Tammy were excellent and helped me through the smooth process. The entire team are very attentive throughout the entire process to keep things progress and were incredibly friendly.<br><br>Thank you in particular to Emily throughout the valuation and listing process - she was absolutely the reason I chose to list with Haybrooks.<br><br>And a very special thank you to Fynn who became the best point of contact throughout the viewing and then sale process. He always knew what was happening, went out of his way to get things moving when there were bottlenecks and was a genuine joy to work with throughout the entire process.

7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

Thank you!- 9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I have recently moved house and it was a difficult process with lots of issues that cropped up, however Tammy, Andrea, Rachel and Andy (Embrace FS) were all absolutely amazing. The whole team were the best.<br>They all went above and beyond to support us in our move.<br>The first sale fell through as our buyer pulled out the day before we were due to move. The whole team worked so hard to ensure that we felt supported and looked after us during this difficult time abd we sold the house again within 2 weeks.<br>We were kept informed as to how things were progressing and Rachel and Andrea chased solicitors across the chain to drag the sale over the finishing line.<br>They really were all brilliant, they listened to the crying, the ranting, the frustration and they supported not just us but our whole chain.<br>They were brilliant and I can't thank them enough.<br>I would highly recommend the team at Reeds Rains in Dinnington.

I was accompanied for my viewings by Sharon, who was knowledgable about the area and the properties. My transaction was handled by Will, and he was exceptional. Will accompanied my second and final viewings and kept in touch throughout the purchasing process. I was grateful to have the same contact point with support from Katy and other members of the team. In particular Millie Aziz was a star! Everyone did great work in promoting the property. But Millie stood out with her commitment to securing us potential clients. But most of all she helped me negotiate my way through the ups and downs of selling the property. She helped me manage the emotional rollercoaster by being eternally cheerful! And my goodness that is an essential quality. Enthusiasm makes everything seem possible and Millie has that in abundance.
