As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at the start, but Mini was incredibly supportive from day one. She took the time to explain every step clearly, always responded promptly, and made sure I never felt lost or overwhelmed. Mini also acted as a great point of contact between me and the solicitors, helping to move things along smoothly and keeping communication flowing so that nothing stalled. Her patience, professionalism, and reassuring approach made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one. I’m truly grateful for all the help and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Abatoria Estate Agents — especially Mini — to anyone, and particularly to first-time buyers looking for guidance and support.

15th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.
15th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

I contacted Robert in the beginning and he arrange avery thing ready for me fast and safe,than mostly i have been contacted with Elona who has looked after anything about my renting place regarding paperwork ,keys ,contacting with landlord ect. I am very happy with them, and i always recommend my friends that needs that kind of service and i will always do.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. 21st May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Rented from these folks for about 9 1/2 years. Loved the property managers, never had any problems until landlords hiked the rent in 2023 and wouldn’t negotiate. Length of communication silence meant the agency left me with about two weeks to move out and sent several insistent emails saying I had to vacate the premises in that period, which was rough after such a long tenancy and isn’t in keeping with what tenants are actually legally able to do. I was eventually able to get a small lease extension and moved, but it really felt dreadful to be treated that way as a long-time client.
