18th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Steve came out and understood how difficult it was for me and was very good . I thought Steve, Sharon and the team are very good, they kept me updated on every viewing and offers with emails and phone calls. They advised on a solicitor which took more pressure off me ! Highly recommend this team !

22nd Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! 3rd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Absolutely amazing service from Charlotte and the team at Toners! Sixteen weeks exactly from us putting our offer in to going to collect the keys to our new home today. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked questions (I asked a lot!) We visited various estate agents within the area and Toners were by far the most friendly and helpful we came across and made our first home buying experience both positive and straightforward - would definitely recommend!

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

The marketing was very professional with good photographs and videos, we got lots of viewings which were all handled by James. Also when things stalled while enquiries were being answered by both ours and the buyers' solicitors, James and Louise were extremely diligent in helping to move the process along which really helped us to complete on time. Would highly recommend Lord and Porter.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
