I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)I agreed a purchase on 5 Whitburn Avenue which was marketed and confirmed in the memorandum of sale as freehold. After instructing solicitors and incurring costs and a level 2 survey, it later emerged during conveyancing that the property was subject to a short lease of around 12 years, fundamentally affecting value and mortgageability. I withdrew immediately once this came to light. Despite requesting written confirmation that the sale was no longer proceeding, my emails were not responded to. This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted legal costs. Buyers should independently verify tenure before proceeding.

22nd Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I agree with the other comments, offered on a property, dont hear anything after consistent chasing up, suddenly sold. Didn't feel right, fwlt like something fishy went on, lost out on my dream property, think twice before doing business with these.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. 21st Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Awful experience, they listed a house which I later found out the owner wasn't even ready to sell, the agent in charge of the sale told me the seller was after asking price so I matched this and got all of my paperwork ready for her but after doing so she was constantly making excuses and taking excessive time to respond to anything regarding moving forward with the sale. She initially told me the property in question was rented out at the moment and the tenants were already re housed pending a sale, later I found out this was untrue as she admitted the tenants have not been re housed yet and I have not heard from her since, (Its been over 2 months), not even a sorry for wasting my time or even an explanation as to what happened. To this day the house in question is still listed for sale on their site. If you guys don't want your time wasted then I'd recommend you stay away from this company and look for a property elsewhere.

I would like to thank Jak who was beyond helpful in the purchase and sale of our homes and especially Fern who probably got fatigued by my perpetual phone-calling. Again from the bottom of mine and my families hearts, thank you.

A special mention must go to Hayley and Hope, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond by allowing us to carry out several viewings at no extra cost, which was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. They were also brilliant at constantly chasing all parties involved, keeping everything moving and ensuring the purchase was completed as smoothly as possible. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond, keeping us informed at every stage and helping to reduce what can be a very stressful experience. We’re genuinely grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone buying or selling a property.
24th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Moved into a house managed by James Laurence a few years ago. Was told it would be fully refurbished and moved in to discover the house was a bomb site. Live wires hanging from the ceiling, destroyed carpets. Previous tenants used toilet brush just sat in the front room! They never moved an inch to resolve this for us. Upon moving out they tried to charge us for EVERYTHING that was wrong with the place when we moved out of it. Including £84 to tighten a toilet seat. Absolute grifters, stay away.

24th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Raman and his team are very quick and efficient and great sub contractors as well in and out they get the job as soon as possible as well never let you down As per my review above, Raman and Jade went above and beyond to fix an issue for me and my family even Raman called and spoke to us on a weekend to update us on what’s happening and how soon it will be resolved, top top people to deal with and all round great service
