We rented a property in Olton for a year until the landlord decided to sell the property, resulting in us receiving a Section 21 notice. ?Their communication was clear, and they supported us to the highest level right up to the end of the tenancy agreement. They also proactively sent us alternative options—available properties around Olton. ?I highly recommend the service they offer. Moreover, their professionalism and consistently positive attitude were key to our positive experience. Thank you one more time.

Ryan often went above and beyond what was expected. A true professional in his field and I cannot understand the company's Google review score!!!! This does not reflect the standard I encountered which was excellent.

We’ve been renting for over 12 years and this has easily been the best experience we’ve had. There’s a real personal touch with Ruxton and it makes such a difference. Highly recommended.

From the viewing to the office communication and support along the legal side of the purchase I can say that I received excellent communication. The staff are always friendly and supportive. The icing on the cake was the key collection, when we were also presented with a new home card and a box of beautiful chocolates locally made in knowle. Fantastic experience purchasing with Love Property. Highly recommend if you are selling/buying in Knowle, Solihull and surrounding area.
