Throughout the entire journey, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and professionalism. His prompt responses to our queries gave us immense confidence and reassurance at every step. We are truly grateful for his dedication and effort in helping us settle into our new home.<br><br>As first-time renters in the UK coming from overseas, we noticed that letting regulations, verification practices, and administrative procedures differ significantly from what we are accustomed to in Hong Kong. Based on our experience, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could further elevate the service Leaders provides to international clients.<br><br>It would be extremely helpful if Leaders could provide potential overseas tenants with a simple visual workflow or step-by-step roadmap of the rental process at the very beginning. 7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I contacted the agency simply to arrange a viewing and provided my full name and telephone number. I was then asked for additional personal information, including my residential address, before even viewing the property.<br>This reflects a wider problem in the market: unnecessary data collection becoming normalised at every stage. Agents should collect only the information genuinely necessary for the specific purpose. A viewing should not become a pretext for gathering more personal data than is reasonably required.<br>I found the approach intrusive and disproportionate, and it immediately reduced my confidence in dealing with the agency.

One of the main reasons we chose Welcome Homes was because Leah came across as completely genuine, honest, and never pushy. She took the time to explain the current market, set realistic expectations, and talked us through a pricing strategy that gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>As we had already found a property we wanted to buy, we needed to get our house on the market quickly. The team turned everything around incredibly fast, and we were so pleased with the quality of the photos and the listing.<br><br>From then on, we dealt mostly with Lyndsey, who handled our viewings and kept us updated throughout the sale. She was always friendly, approachable, and excellent at communicating. Lyndsey sold our property very quickly, but what really stood out was everything that happened afterwards. She was incredibly proactive, regularly chasing solicitors, keeping both us and our buyers informed, and making sure the whole process kept moving forward.<br><br>We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As tenants, we had to chase and follow up for everything, this included getting a broken window fixed (2 months in the winter) and our deposit back (5 months). We appreciate that we had a horrible landlord to deal with but this agency should have done more for us especially in the light of tenants’ rights. We want to warn every prospective tenant; they were nice and forthcoming until we had settled in and from then onwards communication was just tiring. Really not recommend this agency!

22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

We have always been kept in the loop when it came to viewings and found the feedback very useful. We have found all members of staff very helpful but David in particular has been our main contact during our sales. He is clearly knowledgeable and his advice has always been on point.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

3rd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Cooper Adams, and in particular Sophie, throughout our house search and sale.<br><br>Sophie was instrumental in helping keep our sale moving to exchange (and soon, completion!), always communicating and proactively gaining updates from key parties. She showed patience and kindness during what can be a stressful process. Her communication was genuinely exceptional.<br><br>What also stood out was that Cooper Adams were the only estate agent in the area who regularly checked in to see how our search was going. It never felt pushy or like a sales tactic, just genuinely helpful and supportive.<br><br>Great, personal communication feels increasingly rare these days, but Sophie and the whole team at Cooper Adams really set themselves apart.

We choose Hanover Homes & Ian Wilkinson as his valuation for an intestate property sale was very detailed and well put together. The subsequent sales brochure was also presented in a great format that produced many viewings. This resulted in the property being sold in seven days after going to market. I would also like to mention Josh and the rest of the team in the office always helpful and most professional.

Not only do you get a more personal touch throughout, but communications are much faster than I have come to expect with previous agents I’ve used. Added bonus is the transparent costs and Phil not being afraid to chase solicitors on both sides to get a sale through in a timely fashion. Highly recommended estate agent ????????????
