His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

From the start, the team was always friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They were happy to arrange viewings whenever we requested them, which made finding the right home much easier.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Donetta Holland, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel so much more manageable. She consistently went above and beyond by chasing solicitors and other third parties, following up on enquiries, and making sure nothing was left sitting for too long. She kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer our questions and offer reassurance. Donetta’s knowledge of conveyancing processes and general conveyance law was also extremely helpful, as she was able to clearly explain stages of the process and guide us through what to expect, which gave us real confidence throughout. Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a positive difference to our experience. We genuinely felt that she cared about helping us complete our purchase as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We would also like to thank Emma Macgregor, Barbara Wheeler, Emma Watson, and Nathan Macgregor, who were all fantastic whenever we attended property viewings. 22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Maps estate agent could not have been better, they have been amazing, constant communication, above and beyond doing more than they needed to so we had a great transition between sale and purchase, we had a slight complication within the chain due to another agent phoned maps nothings a problem they communicated with all involved and sorted everything out that day I’d never use any other agent I will be recommending to anyone I can, thanks again Johnny and team, you really took the stress out of moving

However, she was trustworthy and facilitated honest and open conversations throughout the process.
