In terms of speed and making the paperwork straightforward for tenants, she was faster than any other agent we dealt with in 15 years of renting in London. She showed us properties that matched our needs, was always on time, called back when she said she would, and once the landlord agreed to our offer, she had everything organised within a day. 5 stars for speed and efficiency.

Anthony Fraser was really helpful and communicative, made the whole process really easy for me as a first time buyer and was always happy to answer any and all questions. He also had great recommendations for local conveyancers and surveyors, which really helped. Danielle Reid supported with the transaction and she was also great with communication. He was dogged wokring on our behalf, communicative over email and phone, creative in his thinking, calm under pressure, and always a pleasure to deal with. The whole KFH team was great but special shout out to Harry!
