30th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Its not worth even giving 1 star as the property they are letting or they are managing, they are unable to solve single issue even after 8 months. Every time they just gives answer that they are following with landlord. I would not recommend anyone to go with this agent. As they promise they will do everything and till that day of your moving they will put into delusion and after moving they dont care you will put into queue for months like I mentioned above.<br><br>Even the five star review I believe they might asked there friends to put as this guys are not worth for 2 star for responding.

From David when he came to value and talk me through the process and Luke who handled everything from then on nothing was too much trouble and he kept me informed every inch of the way and always with a smile. I loved the way of communicating with the office and with my solicitor was through What’s App. Questions and queries answered instantly, it was more like chatting with friends so different to any other estate agent I’ve dealt with.<br>Thank you ????????????
29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)This agency "managed" my house rental very poorly with no push for any rent increase over 8 years+ and no on-site visit during this whole period despite being a contractual obligation, probably due to agency being extremely lazy as well as corruption for having some form of relationship with my tenants. I strongly recommend you avoid using this agency.

From the first viewings to guiding me through the purchasing process has been smooth and Karen gave me every confidence that she was in control with regular communication and her experience really helped. They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.

Was told I would receive an email/ text to confirm my viewing, nothing. 4 hours before the viewing I get a text saying viewing was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule. I replied back saying that if I would still be able to view the second property- no reply. I then asked what day works best for him to reschedule- no reply. Complete lack of professionalism and communication this team member at Foxtons. No replies, no heads up and no communication on alternatives anything at all.
