Nerea Rodríguez was especially helpful in the search phase and played an important role in helping us find the right property. The team stayed engaged throughout the process and supported us during the purchase. Communication could sometimes be quite frequent, but we appreciated their commitment to moving things forward and completing the transaction smoothly.

The buying process was lengthy due to delays but Amy was understanding throughout the process and we got there in the end. We live abroad and she’s handled the whole thing for us and made it all super easy & clear. We fully recommend her if you’re considering letting out your property! 20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Recently purchased a flat through Alan de Maid and Ryan provided excellent service from the first day's viewing right up until completion. Without Ryan's dedication this sale would have undoubtedly fallen through. Unfortunately service from the recommended solicitor at Taylor Rose (B.S.) was such that a complaint to the SRA is being prepared. This is not a reflection of Taylor Rose as a company as the vendor's solicitor was also from Taylor Rose and was apparently excellent. Ryan did everything possible to mitigate the ongoing problems, liaising with the vendor, calling solicitors within the chain and involving more senior staff at Taylor Rose on several occasions to drive the process forward. Ryan was incredibly responsive throughout the process and always gave advance notice of any days he would be out of the office for holidays etc. He replied to emails and queries in a very timely manner, often providing information that had not been forthcoming from the solicitor. His communication throughout was faultless. The process was a long and arduous five months, but thanks to an extremely patient vendor and a dogged determination from Ryan to get this purchase over the line, completion was achieved. Thanks Ryan!

He was professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable throughout my mortgage process. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how proactive he was in keeping things moving. His calm and supportive approach made a stressful process feel much more manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

He was very punctual, pleasant and available at all times. We were impressed to see that he even worked on weekends to make sure things happen smoothly. He was able to build up a meaningful dialog between us and the land lord and we appreciate his negotiation skills. We thank Adonis for being friendly and very supportive throughout and wish him all the best.

Extremely helpful, readily available whenever we contacted them and had expert knowledge in everything to do with our let and refurb. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend Brooks Estate Agents as all their staff are reliable, trustworthy and experienced in the local area.

Our sale took longer than planned, through no fault of The Address, and throughout the process Linda was regularly checking in to see how we were progressing and whether there was anything she could do to help. She was fantastic at acting as a go?between when we were getting stuck between solicitors, and she helped move things along so we could complete on our preferred date. I would highly recommend The Address. Our experience as buyers was that they were with us every step of the way.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. It has only been one month of the tenancy, but so far, so good.
4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.
