Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they always treated us with kindness, empathy and patience, keeping everyone informed and doing everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond when the chain was at risk. They stepped in, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and quite literally helped save the deal. Their dedication made all the difference.<br><br>We are now happily settled in a house that we absolutely love, and we’re so grateful for everything Webb Estate Agents did to help make that happen.<br><br>Thank you for your professionalism, compassion and outstanding service. It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I had the pleasure of working with Kevin on the sale of my flat. I wanted the quickest turnaround possible as I saw a house I fell in love with and I wasn’t even on the market. Kevin followed up quickly and we were on within a matter of days, my flat sold within a week! His guidance throughout has been spot on from the pricing point, to the buyer, to the endless catch up calls, Kevin has been there. The photographers they use to market are wonderful as are the removals team they recommend - James removals. Kevin and Jackie have been at the end of the phone throughout the whole process, giving reassurance and kindness throughout making this experience that much more enjoyable. They really are the dream team and I haven’t stopped recommending them since. Thank you for being the best!

1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

They have been very responsive and helpful, recommend!- 16th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
