28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)The real estate agent Mr. Olatunde Ogungbadare was very helpful and friendly right from the beginning. From the very first time we met, he connected with us, wifey and myself and genuinely expressed interest in our search after narrating our past experiences. After showing us the flat, we were hesitant and wanted to view other places. However Mr. Olatunde encouraged us to look at the long term and offered us some wonderful ideas. Few days after, we decided to go ahead and started the process. Everything went smooth in the beginning till we encountered an unfortunate bump on our part due to a typo. It almost derailed everything and this is where Mr. Olatunde went the extra distance to work with us. On his day off, Mr. Olatunde offered to meet with us in his office and sorted out every detail. It was very stressful but he patiently took it upon himself to get over the bump to get us the flat. By Gods Grace, eventually everything worked out and we finally got the flat. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Mr. Olatunde. We are very grateful.

She is always quick to respond to emails and questions and very patient in explaining the different processes and time frames to me. Most recently she has helped me arrange a mortgage so I could move down to the coast and she took all the stress out of the situation. She explains options clearly and thoroughly and had regular, friendly check ins throughout the process. Thank you so much!

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Do not use this agent. I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!
