He found us fantastic tenants and made renting a simple process with no issues . When we later on sold the property he was fantastic. In fact the whole process just took a few months. He found a buyer quickly and helped explain anything to us that we did not understand. From start to finish proctors have been brilliant. And I highly recommend them for tenancies and selling| buying.
30th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

3rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I recently dealt with Upper Class Estates regarding a tenancy application for a property in London.<br><br>Overall, my experience involved a number of communication and process issues which made it difficult to proceed with confidence.<br><br>Initially, I arranged to view a top floor flat that had been advertised as available. Prior to travelling, I contacted the company to confirm availability after noticing the listing appeared as unavailable on other platforms. I was advised that the property was still available.<br><br>However, upon attending the viewing after travelling from the North, I was shown a different flat rather than the one I had originally arranged to view. When I asked about the original property, I was informed that it was no longer available. This was confusing given the prior confirmation and affected my trust in the process.<br><br>Following this, I proceeded with a second property viewing and later entered the application process.<br><br>During the application stage, I experienced inconsistent communication, including delays and missed responses to emails and phone calls, and difficulty obtaining clear information at key points.<br><br>At one stage, I was encouraged to continue with the application and proceed with signing the tenancy agreement, with reference made to the fact that I had said I “really liked” the property during the viewing. I found this approach unprofessional, as I felt it did not appropriately address outstanding concerns regarding documentation and process clarity.<br><br>I was also given a 24 hour time window to sign the tenancy agreement and transfer the full funds for the deposit and first month’s rent. This was requested at a stage where I had not yet been provided with all required supporting documentation, including Gas Safety and Electrical Safety certificates. The tenancy agreement itself required confirmation that these documents had been received.<br><br>During this period, I was informed that these documents were held by the landlord but were temporarily unavailable due to the landlord being away holiday. However, I had already been sent a tenancy agreement to sign, despite the landlord also being described as unavailable to complete the process. This created further uncertainty around the process.<br><br>Over the course of the week while I requested a refund of my holding deposit, I was told that attempts were being made to contact the landlord, and that the landlord was trying to retrieve documents from a contractor or arrange replacements. I was later informed that new inspections may need to be carried out after the intended tenancy start date in order to recreate the required certificates, which further added to a lack of clarity.<br><br>There were also inconsistencies in communication regarding the landlord’s identity, as they were referred to using both male and female pronouns at different times.<br><br>I also noticed that the Property Redress Scheme certificate displayed on their website appeared to be significantly out of date at the time, which added to my concerns regarding compliance and transparency. In addition, I was unable to clearly locate a formal complaints procedure on their website, which contributed further to my concerns about the clarity of their processes.<br><br>Overall, I found it concerning that a property was being marketed for tenancy without clear access to the required compliance documents, and that I was being asked to proceed with signing an agreement which referenced documents I had not yet been provided with.<br><br>Throughout this process, I felt that clear structural and procedural issues were not addressed directly, and instead I was encouraged to proceed despite these concerns. I requested the return of my holding deposit on several occasions before it was eventually refunded.<br>As a result of these issues, I chose to withdraw my application.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not feel confident recommending this company to friends or family. In the limited time I dealt with them, I found the overall process to be the most unprofessional experience I have personally had with an estate agency.
13th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We recently completed a move through Kingsbury Estate Agents, and we couldn’t have done it without Joe. Our sale turned into a marathon lasting many months, but Joe’s persistence was the only reason we finally got over the line. While the process was often stalled by other parties, Joe remained proactive and stayed on top of the chain throughout. He was consistent, patient, and never lost momentum despite the delays. We really appreciated his steady communication and the fact that he stuck with us until the very end. Highly recommended if you need an agent who actually follows through.
3rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I can honestly say that the service I received from Hunters , particularly Saif Shefe was outstanding. This is not my first house sale , but by far the best support and service I have experienced to date . As things became bogged down with solicitors, Saif took personal charge and moved things along proactively.. He called me regularly and let me know how things were progressing. He personally negotiated with other parties and cleared many obstacles . True to say he went above and beyond to complete this sale in a very reasonable time frame and at an even more reasonable cost . Many thanks

He went out of his way to help us every step of the journey, with a level of care and professionalism that is genuinely rare. If you want someone who truly helps you through the whole process, Anthony is your guy. Highest possible recommendation!

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.

I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. It’s a good firm.

2nd Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We purchased our new house through Mackenzie Smith last year and to say they (and in particular Dan) were head and shoulders above the estate agents we used for our sale would be an understatement. Should we move in future they will be first on our list to contact.
8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. Stuart was super helpful when it came to us buying our family home in Windsor, with a great amount of knowledge and support - especially as we were buying a house with a big future renovation project in mind. We then decided to use them again to rent the property out for a short time before we moved in ourselves, and we had Adele looking after the property, who was fantastic throughout. She was always so quick to reply to emails when we needed anything, and even at the end of the tenancy when we had a few potential issues with the tenants moving out, she dealt with everything brilliantly! Would certainly recommend Lawsons for any housing needs. Thanks to the whole team.
