12th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.
18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Without doubt, Martin & Co. provide a service that surpasses anything you could possibly ask from a Letting and Management Agent. The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

16th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

Since the day I moved into the property, they have been extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. Natasha was always kind, supportive, and quick to assist whenever I needed help or had any questions. The team managed everything smoothly and made the moving process much less stressful. Their communication and professionalism throughout my tenancy were truly appreciated. Thank you again to Natasha and the team for all your support and excellent service. 29th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart! Happy New Year x
