The agency was always responsive, professional, and quick to deal with any issues in the flat. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. He even called me just 20 minutes after my first viewing to check how it went, which made me feel genuinely valued as a client. Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next. Solomon made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares, listens, and delivers, Solomon is the one to ask for!

He made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and well organised. I really appreciated the clear communication and support throughout. 4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

1st May 2024 (2 years ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.

10th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.
18th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion. This would not have been possible without their dedicated help, timely and clear communication, as well as professional support.<br><br>A big thank you to the Hunters Bicester team. Highly recommended!
