My principal contact has been Stuart Beauchamp who clearly has considerable expertise in the property market generally and in the specialist retirement marketplace in particular. He is ably supported by a competent team, providing first-class customer service and I would not hesitate in recommending Grant's to would-be sellers of property.
15th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints

26th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.
15th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I recently purchased a property in Church Street, Hungerford, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish.<br>All queries, requests for updates were dealt with swiftly and in a friendly manner, no request was too much for either Mark and Russel.<br>I felt well supported during what can often be a stressful process and in particular a very difficult time personally for me.<br><br>The property itself has exceeded my expectation. It is a characterful home, located in a fantastic position within the heart of Hungerford. I am delighted with my new home although it needed a complete renovation, having been empty for such a long time.<br><br>Thank you to Mark and Russel for helping make the purchase a positive experience.

26th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We just sold our house with Paul Jeffreys and the whole team were great! Back in October we were deciding what estate agents to sell / buy with and after one call with Matt it was obvious we liked them the most! The original house we were purchasing was withdrawn from the market - not their fault at all and they were so kind & apologetic. They kept us up to date and put up with my chasing for updates when we were stuck in a big chain! Hopefully we are now in our ‘forever home’ but if not, we would definitely be using them again. Thanks to Paul, Matt, Yvette and the rest of the team! Mr & Mrs S Biddlecombe

I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

6th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around. I decided to show people around myself. Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed. This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale. I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company. Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.
