7th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)The team at Hugh F Shaw & Co are outstanding, they've looked after me so well for years. Incredibly responsive property management and outstanding services provided to tenants. They will always be my first choice when looking for a flat in London.
1st Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better

20th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I've not had a great experience with these people. One lady telling me I've said things i haven't and it wouldn't hurt if she smiled a bit. Also have repeatedly asked for my holding deposit back as promised but they keep making empty promises.
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend The Wilkinson Partnership if you are looking to buy a property in the Buckingham area. Sue the sales agent was absolutely amazing and found be my dream home. Sadly Sue left the company before my completion, however Max took over and he was superb, always available, responded immediately to any queries I raised, and was very courteous and polite, and for that reason I am happy to give Wilkinson 5 stars
16th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)This company Crowstone Estates own the freehold to the block of five flats next door to us in Southend, I understand they also own two of the flats as well. They do not respond to us anymore regarding the maintenance of their back garden for which there is a gigantic Sycamore tree which is so huge now it drops everyday excessive leaves and hard seeds that fill up our whole garden, blocks our gutters, causes excessive shade and bird droppings everywhere. We have requested they cut it on several occasions but they no longer respond. Each week we are sweeping up the tree mess. We have lived here over 12 years and never once have we seen anyone do anything to maintain the back garden and the tree. (They do seem to maintain the front garden however). We actually paid for the tree branches to be cut back which hang over our side however this didn't solve the problem as the tree is so huge it still throws down a huge amount of mess onto our garden. It doesn't seem right to me that you can own land but never maintain it? What do the residents pay their service charges for? This company appears to do work with the Samaritans however this is not in line with how they ignore neighbours and do not nothing about the state of the garden and the Sycamore tree. It is this huge eyesore now that causes mess and misery. I don't know why people don't do the right thing and maintain the tree and the back garden, perhaps because they don't live here they think they can simply get away with no maintenance, but it's not fair or right. I have added some photos of the Sycamore tree to give some kind of idea of the size of this problem and will update as necessary.
6th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Having dealt with many estate agents over the last 6 months in an attempt to find the right property, it was a pleasure to find an agent who not only cared, but kept us permanently informed of the progress at every step. Even when we struggled trying to download various bank statements etc., they took the trouble to come to our property and spent 2 1/2 hours downloading documents for us. We were in constant contact with Sam Jamani and Matthew at the Worcestet Park branch. We would definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent to act for them.

29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Pretty seamless purchase process with them. Viewings were quickly arranged, every question asked was answered, the entire process took much less than I anticipated. This agency is legit and Andrew, who I mostly dealt with, was a professional throughout.

My house sale was complicated and, from the very start and throughout the process, Nicola put herself out to provide accurate and realistic information. She also gave me lots of her time to help me think things through. She always went the extra mile and I'm grateful for the service she, and sometimes her colleagues, provided.

Thank you for such a quick sale!- 16th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.

A special mention must go to Chris, whose communication skills are second to none. He kept me constantly updated and masterfully coordinated with both the solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain, making a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. Every single member of staff at the Hailsham office was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
