Though only our property manager for the last few months of our tenancy, Saima was the best one we had by far. Professional, punctual and empathetic to the problems we faced renting one of Hamptons properties, Saima made our experience interacting with Hamptons a lot better than previous property managers. So, the 5-star rating goes to Saima!

The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. 2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

Our move from Dundee in Scotland to Biggleswade, could have been a lot more stressful had it not been for this lovely, friendly, approachable team who were always happy to go above and beyond in arranging several visits, often at quite short notice, for us to view some houses on our short visits down from Scotland. They were always extremely professional and caring with a pro-active approach, learning our needs and desires of what we wanted from our new home. With an incredibly deep knowledge of the local market, they soon identified a house that suited our needs., exactly. We moved in 2 weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted. Kennedy &Foster made us feel we were highly valued customers from first contact to completion. They are a team that go the extra mile on a daily basis. 13th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience dealing with Sawyer & Co on a purchase in Brighton. Our main point of contact was Bob Beaken, and communication throughout was poor - basic management pack queries went unchased for weeks, information was mixed and kept changing, and updates were inconsistent.<br><br>The low point came when, after a brief and entirely reasonable visit to discuss timings with the seller, I received a call from Bob lecturing me about the visit rather than helping resolve the underlying delays that had caused the frustration in the first place. The seller withdrew from the sale shortly afterwards, at which point I'd have expected a competent, professional agent to be working to keep the sale together rather than adding friction to an already stressed situation.<br><br>We had cash in hand and were ready to proceed quickly. The lack of proactive, professional handling from this agency made an already difficult process worse. Can't recommend
10th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I don't usually leave reviews, but Phoebe has been beyond brilliant from start to finish. She's been instrumental in helping me into our new home. Many, many hurdles had to be overcome, but at every point she advocated for me, kept me informed and worked incredibly hard to find a way forward.<br><br>What could easily have been an incredibly stressful process was made so much easier by having someone who was responsive, compassionate and genuinely solution-focused on the other end of the phone. I never felt like just another application or reference number - I felt that Phoebe genuinely wanted to help me and my daughter secure our home.<br><br>Even when things became complicated, she never simply accepted that something couldn't be done. She communicated clearly with everyone involved, explored the available options and kept things moving until we finally got there.<br><br>I'm enormously grateful to her, and Leaders are very lucky to have her. If there is any internal recognition for exceptional service, I genuinely hope she receives it - she absolutely deserves it.<br><br>Thank you so much, Phoebe. You helped give us a home. ??????
