They are honest and responsive which are the two most important requirements for me when moving house.<br>We have used both Walton and Weybridge offices and the service on both occasions has been exemplary. 10th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We are incredibly grateful to TK and Eva H. in the Hampstead office for helping us find a flat a block from our son’s school in Hampstead. It was a very scarce market in the local neighborhood this year for a family of four and every decent place seemed to be receiving multiple offers on the same day and disappearing from the market before one had a chance to even see it! Rather than give up on us and ride this wave of hot rental properties, Eva kept diligently finding places for us to see and ultimately found our dream flat. But there was a problem- it was very popular with multiple families and we were very much at a disadvantage with limited rental history. However, Eva pulled out the stops and made a compelling case on our behalf and somehow made it work!! As we sit on our new balcony we feel incredibly grateful and have to give credit where it is due - Eva and her Tk office really came through for us! Thank you!!!!

24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

From the initial enquiry and the first valuation all the way to the completion date we could not fault them.<br>They were easy to contact, quick to reply to all issues, took any actions needed without delay, kept us informed at all stages and overall everyone was just lovely and friendly.<br>We don't plan to move again for quite a while but we would 100% use them again of we did.
17th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I have recently bought a flat in Bexhill through New Foundations . I have mainly dealt with William. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.

In the current property market we were delighted to have our away with zero hassle especially as our was a probate sale and quite emotional one. They brought us some lovely people to take over the property who we hope will be very happy there.<br>Well done to the F & D team especially to Simon who was most-communicative.

So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords. From start to finish Zak, Megan and Matt have been a real pleasure to work with, answering a multitude of questions and working hard to make my move as smooth as possible, being super responsive and proactive. Make sure Zak is on your team, he will definitely go above and beyond to solve any problem you might encounter and 100% salvaged a disaster of my own making within mere hours. Thank you!- 17th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I spoke with Wards in Sittingbourne for the first time on Sunday regarding a shared ownership property. My call was picked up by Phil Horley who is a Senior Sales Manager there and I can only say great things about him. He was informative, professional and best of all, really funny. Had me laughing all the way through whilst getting my details and helpfully booking me in to have a consultation re my affordability under the scheme. It was a delightful conversation especially as I was expecting not such a friendly call. Thanks Phil!

The team through, what can be a very stressful process and also one of someone's biggest purchases were professional, responsive and supportive from start to finish. Shout out to Dayne, Dave, Louis and Nigel for keeping me updated, helping me through any difficulties, keeping me updated, always being available when needed or had a question and more so when something needed moving. Having Cubitt & West really made a difference. Highly recommended!

It was especially Coco who we were in regular contact with for more than a year. Her professional, at the same time kind and polite attitude made it easier and quicker for us to resolve the different issues regarding our flat. I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

24th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Without doubt, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.<br><br>Although they may have eventually found a buyer for our property, that is where the positives end. Throughout the sale we experienced repeated problems, poor communication and an astonishing lack of professionalism.<br><br>The most serious issue was that our property was left unlocked on multiple occasions after viewings. Leaving a customer's home unsecured is completely unacceptable, and the fact it happened more than once demonstrates a serious lack of care and attention.<br><br>What was even more disappointing was the response when these issues were raised. Rather than taking ownership or showing any genuine concern, there was no accountability whatsoever. Ben, the manager, simply pointed me towards the complaints process and said someone would contact me to apologise. That apology never came. Promises were repeatedly made and not followed through.<br><br>The only person who deserves any recognition is Zoe in the office. She was courteous, professional and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, she was let down by the wider management and overall level of service.<br><br>For comparison, we purchased our new home through Mansell McTaggart, and the difference was night and day. They were proactive, professional, communicative and treated us like valued customers from start to finish.<br><br>Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial transactions most people will ever make. You expect your estate agent to be trustworthy, organised and accountable. Sadly, our experience was the complete opposite. The lack of communication, failure to accept responsibility and disregard for the security of our home have left us extremely disappointed.<br><br>I would never use this company again, and based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing them.
