Her communication was fantastic, and she was always so lovely, professional, and polite to deal with, which made what can be a stressful process much easier.<br><br>I’d also like to give a shout-out to Andreia, who was always helpful whenever I spoke with her and provided great support along the way.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work. Henry was great throughout, excellent communication which helped make everything run smoothly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, from answering our questions to chasing things up on our behalf.<br><br>Henry was really good at taking our feedback on board after viewings and quickly got a sense of exactly what we were looking for. Once we found it, he provided helpful recommendations without being overbearing, which we appreciated.<br><br>We're really happy with the house we ended up with and feel that Henry played a big part in getting us there. We'd happily recommend him and the team at McCarthy Holden to anyone going through the buying process.

She was always prompt in responding to any questions and went above and beyond by meeting me at the property before my move-in date so I could measure spaces and windows in advance. Throughout the entire process, Elycia was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her friendly attitude and excellent communication made a real difference, and I always felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine letting agent.

He was always quick to respond to our questions and proactive in getting information from both the agency and the seller.<br>Although we didn’t end up buying through the agency, they were by far the best agency we dealt with during our search. Everyone we spoke to and met at viewings was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d highly recommend Adam and the team.
