Since I was buying from abroad, it was especially important to have someone I could rely on, and Charlotte made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. She was always responsive, proactive, and went out of her way to show me every property that matched my criteria within the limited time I had in London.<br><br>Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a property.

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.

Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!

He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely cared about finding me good tenants rather than simply rushing me through the process. It is increasingly rare to come across someone who combines such excellent customer service with genuine integrity and attention to detail.<br><br>Mehmet kept me informed throughout, answered every question clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably straightforward. Sammy was professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and communication throughout the process was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>The level of customer service provided was genuinely exceptional. Sammy’s honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best outcome really stood out. They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. In the chaos of the London rental market, they made everything feel smooth and personal, and worked so quickly to get everything over the line for us. From the viewing through to referencing and signing, they were always easy to speak to and really helpful with every step. We’re so excited to be moving into our new home and really grateful for all their help. Thank you Charlotte and Rasha! Highly recommend.

A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally.
