Charlotte and Scot were fantastic from the initial viewings right through to completion — always friendly, helpful, patient and easy to deal with throughout what ended up being quite a long process. Really appreciated all their help and support getting everything over the line. Would highly recommend!

We really couldn't recommend the team enough as they assisted us throughout the purchase of our first home.<br><br>Harry was great from the very beginning of the process - always incredibly informative and knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions that we had. Harry went above and beyond to accommodate multiple viewings for us and made us feel supported throughout. Having viewed several properties with other agents during our search, Harry always stood out as the most professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide useful information about the property’s history, pricing, neighbourhood and wider area, which made us feel confident and well-informed throughout the process. Thank you Harry, we really do appreciate all of your help!<br><br>Another thank you to Mea from the sales progression team, who genuinely kept me sane throughout what turned out to be a 6 month process (due to circumstances beyond anyone's control). Mea's communication was always prompt, clear, and very reassuring which was much appreciated as two first time buyers. After three months of stress trying to find the right property to move to, Arjan found the perfect place that literally ticked all the boxes. On move in day they even left a card and a bottle of fizz to welcome us. Its really been the best experience of moving which, as we all know is never easy but the team have been wonderful, making it as smooth and easy as possible. I would definitely reccommend Northwood to anyone looking to rent or buy. Thank you again to Arjan, Julie and Torri.

The professionalism makes what could be a stressful experience super chilled. These charaterisitcs were the reason we chose to go back with Q to sell. He has always replied promptly, taken the time to answer every question thoroughly and gone out of his way to obtain documents and information needed by our solicitors.<br><br>Nothing has ever been too much trouble, despite the many requests made during the legal process. 19th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We are first time buyers. Found a lovely home with no chain. Even still, we had some issues with the law firm which delayed the process to around 3 months. Parklane Property Agents were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to especially thank (Amie) as she was a superstar. She gave great advice, her communication was next level and she was a real support throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend her and Parklane Property Agents enough. So reassuring that there are still some generally helpful and caring estate agents available these days Best estate agent by far !

Her expertise, knowledge, kindness and encouragement was amazing and she carried us through the whole process when we found our amazing new home - which didn’t take long at all!! 10th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We highly recommend Stride And Son, who have just achieved the successful sale of our family home in Bosham, taking just over 6 weeks to exchange (despite a difficult market)!<br>Tom, Sam and Nigel are highly professional, and an absolute dream team to work with!<br>All three were genuinely positive, polite, easy to get hold of and discuss things with, and always went above and beyond to support us to achieve the smooth sale.<br>Sam was incredibly helpful, patient, skilled and efficient at getting our house details quickly onto Rightmove etc. That speed generated a number of enquiries the next morning, with Nigel carrying out the viewings the same day, leading to multiple offers.<br>We really appreciated Toms knowledge and guidance throughout the sale process, keeping everything on track between the buyers, solicitors and ourselves.<br>We have had an equally positive experience with Sam on the letting side as well.<br>We feel very grateful to them, they work hard and very well together as a team, and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone making the tricky decision of which estate agent to engage!<br>Thank you!

6th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Very tricky and will not tell you exactly why not offering you flat even you have gurantor.<br>One day said come next day 1pm and that day saying oh already gone. I didnt get it.<br>I thought may be I am foreigner or racism is the reason.<br>On universal credit don’t even think to get a flat on rent. Very disappointing and dissatisfied……- 3rd Aug 2026 (26 days ago)We had the fortune of spending time with Romie and Ollie this past weekend looking for our next home in Folkestone. Not only were they super informative about the properties that we viewed and the area, they were just fun to meet! 15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)September 2025 was not a good time to sell a house.The financial crisis, followed by Christmas, had everyone worrying about money .It took until Spring before there was any real interest.However, the team at Wards stuck with it Jordan gave me good advice and the team began to send a few potential buyers ,people who were enthusiastic about my property. Finally, the right couple came along,a couple who I was happy to sell to.

I have been working inconveniencing for over seven years and can handsdown say that he is the most creative, enthusiastic, passionate, friendly, personable and knowledgeable estate agent out there. Please do not hesitate to use Scott and his team. I promise you will be in very safe hands.
19th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Disgusting estate agent. They stole part of our deposit in regards to professional cleaning job. We paid around £450 for a professional cleaning job (this was included in the contract) on the day of moving out, and they still took a large part of our deposit due to the cleaning being done before we moved out. Truepennys, feel free to deny this, because I know you will, but we will just attach another review with evidence. So I suggest you don’t even try it. But, they got part of it back to us, just under half the money! Amazing, thanks truepennys!!<br><br>Oh and by the way, Mariem and Valencia are some of the most useless, rude agents ever. In fact, she even shouted at us down the phone when we asked some simple questions.<br><br>All in all, DO NOT go with these estate agents. They are awful. Thanks :)

5th Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.

Dominic was really great with us as we didn't know the area very well at all. Suzie very helpful when finalising the rental agreement. I would recommend Davis Tate.
19th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had a poor experience with this agency. They booked us a viewing in Wandsworth, sending both a confirmation email and a reminder text on Saturday. Then, just 30 minutes before, they called to say it had been sent by mistake and the tenants wouldn't be home, after we'd already driven 40 minutes to get there. Not what you'd expect from a well-known agency.
