His communication was good; keeping me informed of what was happening and chasing anything outstanding with the buyer. He was also very professional in his approach.

We were viewing properties and were so impressed by Poppy's approach to viewings that we thought she would do justice to our home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with multiple offers, even over the asking price and an offer was accepted within 3 days of being on the market. I am convinced that another agent would not have been so successful. Equally, throughout the conveyancing process, Poppy has been a trusted voice accompanying us through it all. I feel very grateful to her and the team at Hamptons and have recommended them to friends locally who are selling. Overall, excellent in manner, service and results!

We were relocating back to the UK which made communication a little trickier. rose was extremely proactive in supporting us and presenting highly suitable options to consider. Communication was great throughout the process and Rose was great at working around time zones. Ultimately, we secured an ideal property in a tight timeframe. I would highly recommend Rose and Hamptons to anyone looking for a new home.

He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

Even though the process was longer than expected due to the leaseholder and management company, Farmer and Dyer have been impeccable in their approach. They went above and beyond to ensure the involved parties answer in critical moments of the process. They responded always very quickly and kept us in the loop. Although the team were acting on behalf of the seller, we always felt they were professional, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish. We were kept informed every step of the way, every question was answered promptly, and everything was handled efficiently, making what could have been a stressful experience feel much more straightforward.<br><br>We also really appreciated the recommendations we received along the way. 3rd Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.

He has literally bent over backwards helping my old aunt and uncles sale go through as smoothly as possible. Paul has always been at the end of the phone,kept us all updated through every step of the way and even taken time to go and help my elderly uncle fill out forms as we were so far away at the time. He even messaged me tonight(the day of the move) to see how they both were,I cannot thank him enough for everything. We would 100% recommend them-absolutely outstanding!!!!??
