They were incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole process, especially as we had quite a few questions and wanted to view the property multiple times.<br><br>Even when things didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped, they remained extremely helpful, professional and understanding, always doing their best to move things forward. We had a really great experience with them and with Dean Steyn in particular - he helpfully showed me around quite a few houses before we found the perfect one for us! He was also kind enough to proactively reach out whenever something came on the market that he thought might be of interest, including off-market properties which was really helpful. They also made sure conveyancing went smoothly, it was a relatively quick and painless process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. We had some really great conversations where he gave me a realistic and honest view of the position I am in regarding buying and selling in the current market. His advice was based on what he knew about me by asking thoughtful questions, and having clearly listened carefully to the answers. When I am in a position to move forward again I will not hesitate to put my trust in Steve and Miles and Barr to help me move into my dream home

10th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County. We would highly recommend them—and especially Ellen—to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive letting experience.
17th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We met Alexandra when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been. I have already recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so. We can’t thank her enough.

Since then, I've been contacted repeatedly up to four times a week with calls and voicemails continuing even after I blocked their number.<br><br>I'd expect a professional agency to respect when a lead has gone cold, especially after being blocked. Avoid if you don't want to be chased indefinitely after a single enquiry.
