From start to finish, Jack has been in constant communication and always reachable to answer any questions we had. He has made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, every single person we dealt with was kind, professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. The teamwork between everyone was incredible and it really made the entire process feel smooth, exciting, and stress-free. A special mention to Joe and Jonathan, who were both brilliant throughout, but every member of the team chipped in to help us whenever we needed anything. No question was ever too much trouble, responses were always so quick, and they truly went above and beyond to cater to our every need. We always felt listened to, supported, and looked after. The team showed us some gorgeous homes and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we felt comfortable and informed at every stage. Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.
3rd Jul 2026 (9 days ago)After five years with a tenant, the Tunbridge Wells Savills lettings team (Danielle and Chloe with great support) have done a fantastic job at finding me a great new tenant (three great offers). The process was really quick and efficient, everyone was thoroughly professional, and guided me through the new regulations. A really fast turnaround too, and allowing a between tenancy decoration refresh and general maintenance, and this all organised via property manager Tamsin, tenant now happily moved in. Can't recommend this team high enough. Fantastic integrated team working.

29th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I have recently sold my Mother's flat through Cubitt & West Banstead and could not have been happier with the service provided by Lauren and her entire team. Communication was excellent at all times throughout the original valuation process through listing, all the way up to exchange and completion. I was particuarly impressed by the depth of market knowledge concerning listing prices and what properties actually sold for in the area. Additionally other team members who had not been directly involved in this sale were helpful in answering all my queries and ensuring a stressful situation was made a lot easier.

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We are so happy we decided to go with Strickland as our estate agents. We recently sold our 2-bed flat as we were looking to find our forever home. From our very first conversation with Terence we instantly could tell that they knew the area inside out and immediately pointed out all the things that made us fall in love with the area and the flat. So many other estate agents that we’d seen didn’t even know the area so it gave us so much confidence that Terence and Jamie would be able to talk to buyers about all the best bits of the location. We also appreciated the honest approach as it really helped us set our expectations about the market. They worked incredibly hard to find the right buyer for our home and handled everything with professionalism and care. They managed to find us a buyer within a week of it being on the market! They then really supported us through surveys, price negotiations and we always felt like they had our backs in those negotiations. Despite their best efforts our first buyer pulled out (no fault of theirs) and they managed to find a new buyer immediately. From offer and right through to completion, the whole team made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely looked after during what could have been a very stressful time. Jinny was also so on it when making sure the sale went through and she took on the chasing for everyone in the chain!!! We honestly wouldn’t have got it over the line without her persistence and professionalism. Overall we always felt in the loop, and whenever we had questions or concerns, someone was there to answer quickly and honestly. We felt like they cared about us personally, not just about making a sale, as they took the time to understand our situation and always had our best interests at heart. That level of attention and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. We’re so grateful Terence, Jamie and Jinny for helping us get our forever home. We would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.

7th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)We found the team at Noble very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.<br>In particular Billy was excellent, he valued our house and it was listed a few days later. After about 10 days we had an offer at asking price and the rest as they say is history.<br>We previously listed with another company with limited viewings, Billy and Noble gain more viewings in those 10 days than the previous company managed in 3 months!<br>We would whole heartedly recommended giving Billy a call if you plan on selling your home.<br>Thanks again Team Noble
