Communication is clear and timely, matters are dealt with efficiently, and we always know where things stand.<br><br>What stands out most is their proactive approach and willingness to help. Whether dealing with routine management matters or more complex issues, they are approachable, knowledgeable and quick to respond.<br><br>After our previous experience, it has been refreshing to work with a company that delivers on its promises. We decided to approach Beasleys after deciding to part ways with a previous estate agent we used as it just dragged on. Jake came to our house to value and market our property, from the moment we met him we knew straight away this is the company we want to sell our house, honest, genuine, polite, spoke like a true professional, we knew he was someone we could trust, which is reassuring, he explained everything to us and gave us plenty of advice along the way. A special mention to Charlie aswell, who sold our house and got herself familiar with our property to answer any questions from prospective buyers, again, very impressed with her approach. I have already recommended Jake and the team to people who are wanting to sell their house, thanks again Beasleys.

In particular with the support I received from Olli who did the showround on a Saturday afternoon and patiently waited for us as we were late in arriving. He also helped with the paperwork received from the Solicitor and simplified the whole process. I cannot emphasise enough how impressed we are with the support we received!! 8th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)After spending six months on the market with another agent, I noticed the difference Wards offers from my first meeting with Mark. From his initial valuation visit, he gave me confidence in the price and that my flat would sell quickly with Wards. I felt the same confidence when I met Darren and Ollie. The whole team is straightforward, experienced, and very pleasant to deal with. They know the town and understand the buyers and I think having an office on Hythe High Street makes a big difference. I always felt my flat was more likely to appeal as a weekend home, and Wards found exactly that buyer within a couple of weeks of marketing it. This says a lot considering the previous agent didn’t produce an offer in six months. Once the offer was agreed, Amanda handled the progression well. She kept things moving, dealt directly with the solicitors, and was always helpful when I needed an update. That took a good amount of stress out of the process. Everyone I dealt with was approachable, professional and easy to get hold of, and the whole process felt personal and attentive rather than transactional. I would recommend Wards as first choice to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in Hythe.

1st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Graeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!
18th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end. When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client. The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up. From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent. I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

7th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We had purchased our Hove house with Ed Foster and Rodger Heasman six years ago as the selling agents and so when it came to sell they were our natural choice as we had been so impressed. Their enthusiasm to sell (whatever the market), honesty, humour and diligence were just the same as we remembered.<br>This time we also had the fabulous Jessie Foster on board as our showing agent and we felt completely confident in her knowledge about the property and natural selling flare. The care taken in managing the showings meant we could relax knowing she could fully answer clients’ questions and her working knowledge of Hove shone through for those new to the area. As our sale progressed we had viewings conducted by Mark Welton who also managed our final sale and his tenacity and experience in keeping communication flowing in the chain was invaluable.<br>All the team kept momentum going throughout the process and we felt we could entirely trust their confidence to bring the sale to fruition.<br>It is rare these days to have professional, personal service that you don’t have to second guess or micromanage. We are so grateful to the team at Fosters for looking after us over the last few months and are so happy to recommend them as we now settle into our new home.

They were always there to listen and answer my many questions and enquiries, always with a smile and outstanding customer service. I always felt supported by the whole team. 11th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We engaged Martin and Co Crystal palace to help us find a tenant a couple of times in the last 10 years, and to draw up a tenancy agreement for us. They do not manage our property. However they have provided a fantastic service of advice, reminders and updates free of charge throughout this time. I get regular reminders about compliance and support with finding contractors. I also sometimes ask for guidance around market rent or sales. They respond very quickly with an email followed by a phone call and thorough advice is given. i am never made to feel like a nuisance. I would highly highly recommend this estate agent - Thankyou!
20th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)I cannot recommend Langford Russell in Sidcup highly enough. My mother's property was listed with another local agent in Sidcup for almost 2 years. They were incredibly negative about the market for retirement homes and did little or nothing to secure a sale. In desperation to sell and pay my mother's care home fees, I moved to Langford Russell where I met the tenacious Jack Power!! Jack from the outset had a very positive approach toward the sale and in weeks secured several viewings and a firm offer. He worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through by communicating regularly with myself, the buyer and respective solicitors. I am so grateful to Jack for his unwavering patience and professionalism but most of all for his determination and commitment to secure a sale. I highly recommend this estate agent, particularly Jack Power. Thank you Jack! :)

Josh was great with viewings and answering any key questions I had, allowing my large family to visit on multiple occasions. Debbie is honestly the most helpful and kind professional, she kept me regularly updated on the process, chased on weekly/daily basis and ensured exchange and completion occurred around the chain's busy schedules. Thank you team, you have been amazing and I will be sure to use you, should I ever move again
