14th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)From the first meeting with Lucy, when she came to value our property, I knew we were on the same wavelength.<br>It wasn't an easy sale for a variety of reasons, but all the way through, until completion and beyond, the whole team were supportive, helpful, friendly and very professional.<br>Read their brochure and compare it to other agents.<br>Most agents are we, we, we.<br>Putterills is you, you, you.<br>As a buyer or a seller they are there for their clients, first and foremost, and I thank them all for their help.

Arranging surveys with the sellers directly for us, keeping us informed of everything via telephone rather than snail mail like "some" people.<br>From the viewing with Katy to updates from Emma and Victoria it always made my day hearing from them as it was always progreession news.<br>5 stars everyday.
12th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)What can I say… I am one of those women who wants everything done NOW ?????? and somehow they actually managed to keep up with me!<br>From putting my house on the market to completion, the whole thing took around 3 months. I was probably not the easiest customer because I was constantly emailing, asking questions and wanting everything to move faster ?????? but they were always there, always replying and always keeping me updated.<br>Josh definitely knows what he’s doing and somehow survived all my emails ??????<br>I’m honestly so happy with the whole service. Great communication, great people and everything went smoothly.<br>I would 100% use them again and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.<br>Thank you for putting up with me ?????? 5 stars from me! ??????????

21st Aug 2026 (8 days ago)??????????<br><br>I genuinely cannot recommend Graeme and the team at Thomas Merrifield highly enough.<br><br>When I first instructed Graeme to sell my property, I was naturally focused on getting the house marketed properly, arranging viewings and ultimately securing a buyer. What I hadn’t appreciated at that stage was just how important having an experienced and proactive estate agent would become throughout the entire transaction.<br><br>From the outset, Graeme’s knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and genuine passion for property have been exceptional. The marketing was handled professionally, viewings were arranged seamlessly and feedback was always provided. The whole team have been friendly, responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br><br>When I received two offers on the same day, Graeme took the time to talk me through both buyers, the strengths and risks associated with each position and gave me his professional recommendation. His advice proved to be absolutely spot on.<br><br>As the transaction progressed and became considerably more challenging, this is where Graeme really went above and beyond. He kept on top of the chain, communicated with the various parties, helped me understand what was happening at each stage and was constantly available with sensible, experienced advice. There have been numerous occasions when I’ve genuinely wondered where I would have been without his involvement.<br><br>I was also purchasing my new home through Thomas Merrifield, so I experienced their service from both sides of the transaction. Graeme personally showed me around the property and his knowledge extended far beyond simply selling it. His understanding of the property’s age, construction, extensions, title and general history was incredibly impressive. Property clearly isn’t simply a job to Graeme – it is something he has a genuine interest in and passion for, and that comes across in everything he does.<br><br>Throughout what has at times been a stressful process, Graeme has been incredibly supportive, both professionally and personally. He has an ability to keep things moving while remaining calm, personable and approachable, and even my buyers have commented positively on their dealings with him.<br><br>Having now exchanged contracts, I can look back and appreciate just how much work goes on behind the scenes once an offer has been accepted. A good estate agent doesn’t simply market your house and find a buyer – they help hold the transaction and the chain together until you actually get to exchange and completion. Graeme has demonstrated that from beginning to end.<br><br>Of course, none of this happens single-handedly. Graeme has an excellent team around him and everyone I have dealt with at Thomas Merrifield has been helpful, professional and supportive.<br><br>A genuinely outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you Graeme and the whole team – I couldn’t have asked for more.

Communication was excellent and they were the only estate agent involved in our moving process who made the many difficulties manageable. It is a shame we had been unable to use them for the sale of our house but will do if needed in the future.

They could answer all our questions and assisted in showing us the property, gave us information about the area based on our interests, brought down a very unruly loft ladder and all that with a smile that never left their faces. This was one of the best viewings I have ever had. I will be working with Cubitt & West Banstead Estate Agents again only because of people like Fran & Sarah. Thank you both

Daniel talked us through the whole process at the start and it all happened as he said it would. There was great communication from the whole team with prompt responses to all our queries. We were kept up to date at every stage and Daniel also liaised with the lawyers who were dealing with our house purchase. All the staff were pleasant and efficient, and we were delighted with the quality of the pictures of our house. Thank you Freeman and Gray for making our house selling as snag free as possible!
