21st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Excellent team, responsive and helpful. Our property was valued and went on the market just as there was a shock to the housing market with a lot of mortgages withdrawn. Good communication, explanation and tactics were helpful. We eventually had to come down in price but still achieved a good sale price. The property is currently empty but viewings were undertaken without any problem.

She gave us unbiased information, but supported us when making difficult decisions and really helped us push things over the line.<br><br>Thanks to Annie and Tom as well, who were both equally fantastic.<br><br>We're incredibly happy with all their service.

We were left high and dry after dealing with the worst estate agent in Otford, only to find ourselves thankfully in very capable hands. Seamless rental arranged by Paddi/Rose while waiting for our purchase to go through. Can't fault any of the process, always available to speak to, timely responses to emails. Hamptons went above and beyond. Many thanks.

17th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)A series of unfortunate events (on the sellers part) meant I could never complete on the house I was buying through Robinson’s.<br><br>Charlie was really good and worked until the death of the transaction to try and get things through.<br><br>Gutted to have not made it work but the determination, willing and genuine care was really visible throughout.<br><br>Special shout out to Mark too!!

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

We had a headache with the solicitors and it took a lot longer than we expected to exchange, but it would have taken even longer if it wasn't for Amie! We will sell with this agency when that time comes in the future too! Couldn't recommend enough!

14th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I made an enquiry relating to the recent successful sale of my (non UK resident) brother's apartment by MIles & Barr's Birchington Office. It was for Capital Gains Tax purposes, and I was anticipating a laborious process, as with most things these days. My call was taken by Tom, a Senior Branch Manager, who explained what he could do. Within a very short time, he emailed the information requested, in the format required. I was very pleased with this rapid and efficient response for what was a 'non mainstream' question on a very hot August day. He is truly an asset to the business, so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have used Miles & Barr for a number of transactions now and they have always been very successful.

They were honest and realistic about the price and expectations, which gave me confidence from the start and made the whole process straightforward.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Nathan Robinson, who was absolutely superb throughout. He was courteous, friendly and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.<br><br>We would happily recommend the team, and particularly Nathan, to anyone looking to sell their property.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
