Throughout the entire process, their communication, professionalism and commitment have been faultless.<br><br>In particular, Sophie has gone above and beyond on countless occasions. She has proactively chased multiple parties, kept momentum when things stalled, and made sure everyone stayed aligned so the sale could progress. What really stood out was her consistency — replying early, late, after hours, even while unwell — simply because she didn’t want my mum or the chain to lose pace. That level of dedication is rare in any industry, let alone one as stressful as property sales.<br><br>Sophie’s personable nature, empathy, and genuine care made a difficult process far easier for both of us. From our very first meeting with Adam, we were impressed by the professionalism, strategic thinking, and market knowledge on display. The team clearly understands the local area and knows how to value properties accurately.<br><br>Other agents may offer a higher valuation or a slightly lower fee, but that's meaningless if they can't actually sell your house. In what has been an uncertain market, the initiative shown by Putterills to maximise our property's visibility was both clever and effective. Their negotiation throughout the process was fair, professional, and ultimately helped secure a successful sale.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, the sales progression support (Vanessa) was excellent. Having a dedicated person managing communication and helping to negotiate a completion date made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward smoothly.<br><br>The service is sharp, proactive, and highly professional. They have been in contact every day to keep us updated. Its been a lovely experience so far and I can't wait to move in and have the property managed by them

From the moment we put our house on the market, Nikki, Orla and Jasmine from the Reigate office were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, we never found ourselves chasing for updates or wondering what was happening. They were always one step ahead, keeping us informed and making everything feel effortless. Within just two weeks, they had secured two excellent offers, and our house sold incredibly quickly. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like just another client being moved through a process. We felt genuinely supported by a team of real people who cared about getting the best outcome for us. 10th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing. Her knowledge of the property and the local area gave us real confidence in our decision, and she made the whole viewing experience a pleasure.<br><br>Having such a reliable and proactive team behind us made an enormous difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide our son through buying his new home. We’re so pleased with the service we received that we’ll definitely be using Butler & Stag again very soon when we come to sell our own property, and we’d happily recommend the whole team to anyone buying or selling in the area. ??????

5th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
