Dan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the sale of our property in Cobham, and a genuine pleasure to deal with.<br><br>This isn’t the first property I have sold with Dan, and the fact that I’ve chosen to use him again speaks volumes. He made the whole process straightforward and was always approachable, helpful and on hand whenever I needed him.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dan and the team at Knight Frank again, and we look forward to working with them on the next sale.

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.
26th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience with a property marketed by John D Wood & Co. Estate Agents (Wandsworth).<br><br>Initially, Poppy Martin was very helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and application process, which gave us confidence in proceeding. However, after our offer was accepted, we were informed that all payments and tenancy arrangements would be handled directly by the landlord rather than the agency. This was never made clear at the outset.<br><br>We had already submitted our personal and financial information to the agent, including payslips, bank statements, passports, proof of address, P60s, and our guarantor’s personal and financial details. Despite this, the landlord requested the same documents again, followed by further demands for over a year’s worth of our guarantor’s financial records, including payslips, bank statements, and P60s.<br><br>We also discovered that deposits were to be paid to a business account managed by a third-party company, which had not been disclosed by the agent. When we requested evidence of their data protection compliance, we were initially provided with an expired certificate and generic documents, which further undermined our confidence.<br><br>At this stage, we no longer felt comfortable sharing additional financial information. As a result, our £311 holding deposit was retained. We felt pressured into providing excessive personal data under the threat of losing our deposit.<br><br>Overall, the process lacked transparency, involved repeated requests for financial and personal information, and left us feeling misled. This was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope future applicants are given clearer information before committing to the process.

Jonti was happy to talk through each stage of the process with me and answer all of the queries I had, which was great! The Lawson Rutter team were engaged with solicitors from both sides throughout, making the sale extremely quick and efficient. Cannot thank them enough!

The team work promptly and proficiently..and explain every step along the way. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling a property. The whole team in the Leigh-on-sea office deserve medals for how they handled all points of our sale..especially Ben and Jo..and much as I am glad it is all done now..I am almost sad because talking with them was always a pleasure. 5 stars well deserved!!!
24th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I have a property that is rented through King and Chasemore, I have been dealing with Jen recently who has been helping during a vacant period where significant repairs and redecorations were required.<br><br>Jen has facilitated the works with reputable and affordable local contractors, helped with recovering the deposit and dealing the legal team, as well as keeping me updated throughout the process.<br><br>She has also re advertised and found new vetted tenants in a very short space of time.<br><br>I have found Jen to be friendly, very professional and helpful throughout.
13th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We have just exchanged on our beautiful new home in Woodingdean, we viewed so many properties with Cubbit & West with Donna and Geraldine who are lovely ladies, they are so helpful and friendly and actually made the viewing enjoyable (after the first 10 it becomes a chore and all of the houses start merging into one).<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cubbit & West and the Woodingdean team John, Lisa, Connor, Donna & Geraldine, Thank you

From start to finish, she has been absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to keep me updated throughout what turned into a very complicated and stressful house move!<br><br>There were so many twists and turns along the way, and at times I really thought the whole chain was going to fall apart. Debbie was always there with an update, a reassuring word and a willingness to chase things up and help find a solution.<br><br>She was incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout, and I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for better support.
