I can honestly say the service from Dan,Matt, Rocco and all the team at this branch is exceptional. There is literally nothing they won’t do for you and each go over and beyond to make sure you are kept updated throughout every stage of the process. They are all very friendly and professional to deal with, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 15th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

5th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fantastic service from Jamie at Bryan & Keegan while selling our house. We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward. I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking estate agent in the area who truly goes the extra mile, Jamie is your man. Thank you, Jamie, for all your help and support.
8th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I got in touch with them regarding viewing a house.<br><br>Agent was extremely pushy regarding getting information out of me when I made it clear I would like a viewing first, put me off altogether. Also ignored my clear contact preferences I included in my request.<br><br>I really dislike agressive sales tactics.<br><br>Will update my review if and when I interact with this branch and hopefully will not have to deal with said agent again.<br><br>Please stop the sleazy sales tactics next time it’s so off putting when I just want to interact with someone professional and nice.

She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??
23rd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Philip May's genuine enthusiasm for the property we were selling, and his ability to sell Hodsons' services sold Hodsons to me as the estate agent to choose to sell a family home. The subsequent progress has been excellent, with a well-qualified buyer lined up within weeks. The only criticism I have is that a 'For Sale' sign was erected in the garden of the property which was unoccupied, and I had specifically asked for no sign.
19th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.

They were happy to arrange viewings whenever we requested them, which made finding the right home much easier.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Donetta Holland, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made everything feel so much more manageable. She consistently went above and beyond by chasing solicitors and other third parties, following up on enquiries, and making sure nothing was left sitting for too long. She kept us informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer our questions and offer reassurance. Donetta’s knowledge of conveyancing processes and general conveyance law was also extremely helpful, as she was able to clearly explain stages of the process and guide us through what to expect, which gave us real confidence throughout. Her communication, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile made such a positive difference to our experience. We genuinely felt that she cared about helping us complete our purchase as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We would also like to thank Emma Macgregor, Barbara Wheeler, Emma Watson, and Nathan Macgregor, who were all fantastic whenever we attended property viewings. During our search for a property we were helped by all of them - John, Lisa, Kelly, Donna - with viewing properties and finally closing a deal on our dream home. Garry then ensured everything progressed smoothly to completion. All the team were knowledgeable about the area, attentive, welcoming (especially when I kept anxiously popping in to the branch!) and reassuring during a challenging time for us. We were kept well informed throughout - thanks to all the team.

From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the probate process. As a fellow estate agent, recently involved in a long chain of 13 links, at times that could have easily crumbled, their joint effort determination and resilience really helped make the difference to the process. It was so lovely to work with agents who shared the same desire to get to the finish line for the people behind the homes. Their telephone manner also made me smile! The work that happens behind the scenes is so important and it was a pleasure working with them.<br>If I was looking for an estate agent in New Milton and the surrounding villages I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pettengells.

He and James at the Wallington branch didn't add any pressure and made dealing with estate agents a pleasurable experience with no drama or pressure. Mum bought her flat through Andrews almost 30 years ago and I was happy to deal with them on its sale.
30th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a first time buyer, I cannot fault Miles & Barr one bit. From point of viewing, all the way through to exchange I have felt supported, listened to, understood and well taken care of! For context, I have had a very difficult sale, that’s been going on for over 14 weeks that has caused blood/sweat/tears and sleepless nights! I was assigned Debbie Thwaites to my case and I have to say without her - I wouldn’t have got through it! Not only did she provide professional guidance & advice, she was emotionally supportive which was above all, the most important part to me. She listened when I needed to rant, she bigged me up when I needed a boost, she laughed when I needed cheering up, and was a shoulder to cry on! Debbie needs true recognition for her dedication to the role. Alongside this, I also had James Cussen step into the case and I couldn’t fault him either, he was extremely helpful, offering some really helpful guidance where suitable, very communicative, supportive, understanding and overall great. Honestly, without these 2 people I would’ve given up months ago. In addition to this, whenever I rung the Ashford office, I always had friendly voices answer the phone, which really helped & made a difference!! Miles & Barr really do care. I stand by that and will definitely be coming back if I need to sell in the future!

26th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased through Allday&Miller. Umar guided us through our sale from start to finish and was also on hand for us whenever we had any questions in reference to any potential purchases as well. He was very professional, patient, approachable and extremely helpful. Initially he sold our house but unfortunately our seller decided to pull their property off the market a week before exchange leaving us incredibly devastated. But credit to Umar he remained positive even when my wife and I had given up hope. He was in regular contact with us to make a plan of action and the first thing he recommended was that we continue the momentum and put our house back on the market while we continue looking for another place. Lo and behold Umar sold our house again literally within the first few viewings! We then found a place that we loved and this time we were lucky enough to get this property over the line. I truly believe that one of the main reasons for us completing was due to Umar's plan to keep the momentum going to obtain another solid offer on our house otherwise we could very well have missed out on our current property as well. He is a credit to Allday&Miller and we are so very grateful for not only his vast expertise as an estate agent but also for the kindness he showed us just when we were about to give up.
