They will discard your application for a property without even notifying you, which is extremely selfish when their clients are most likely enquiring about multiple different properties in hopes of securing one. Disgraceful - avoid at all costs
12th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)From start to finish a good experience. The valuer was professional, experienced and friendly. Took his time to listen to us and ensure that our property was marketed in the best way. He gave an accurate estimate of our property’s value. Photos were excellent and helped to sell our house I’m sure. Several viewings were secured quickly and our house sold at above the asking price within days. The sales negotiator was experienced and helped us to secure a really good price. All was done quickly but we didn’t feel rushed and were kept updated at every stage. All in all a good experience and we are happy sellers.

I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.

Ally who has been dealing with us has always been professional, kind and genuinely helpful.<br><br>I was also really touched by the effort and determination she showed in supporting someone we know through a difficult housing situation. 22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent all round. From my first meeting with Chris Marsh I knew I was in safe hands and every step of the way was managed smoothly and professionally from then on. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
8th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)We bought our house through Ewemove Tadley and they were pretty good to deal with as a buyer for the most part, but charging £80+ for ID checks from the buyers is absolutely criminal and takes the mick. No need for that whatsoever, sheer profiteering. I know other EA’s don’t charge this so it’s completely unnecessary. Do better.
