She was incredibly professional, approachable and supportive throughout the whole process, and always kept us fully informed and in the loop at every stage. Her communication was excellent, and she consistently went above and beyond to make what can often be a stressful process feel as straightforward and seamless as possible.<br><br>Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in safe hands. Millie’s attention to detail, responsiveness and genuine commitment to helping us made such a difference, and her exceptional customer service really stood out.<br><br>An absolute pleasure to work with Millie and the Savils team from beginning to end.

Nicola Macdonald and Grant Brown stood out as extremely efficient, professional estate agents who kept me informed at all stages of the process and who were always on hand to answer any queries I might have. They found a buyer quickly and took the pain out of what could have been a very trying experience. They were helpful and friendly and I'm extremely grateful to them. I would recommend Choices to anyone wishing to sell their property.

My purchase was managed by Richard who was proactive throughout the process and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. He kept me updated every step of the way and left voicemail messages whenever I was unavailable, so I never felt out of the loop.<br><br>Richard kept all parties moving, helping the purchase progress as quickly and smoothly as possible. He also made the process easier by providing quick access for surveyors, which helped everything run efficiently. Buying a first home can be daunting, but the communication at Matthew Pierce and their professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.

13th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)My partner and I had decided to put our house on the market, potentially moving to a bigger house. Doing our due diligence, we made a decision to get four different Real Estate Agencies to visit, so we could also gauge the professionalism and expertise of various agents.<br><br>Somebody had suggested that we should also give Jessica, the owner of this company, to evaluate our home too. Three different real estate agencies sent their reps to evaluate our home, give us their terms, and provide us with written documents of what they were able to do for us. We gave Jessica the same opportunity. When Jessica arrived, we noticed that even prior to looking at our house, she had written down a figure representing the value of our home! My partner and I were surprised that how could she evaluate our home even prior to looking at it! Anyway, Jessica was very friendly and presentable, talked to us about her services and what she was willing to do for us. This is exactly the same as other agents had done, except, the other agents provided us with a figure value after examining the house, and seeing all the improvements that we had made to our home.<br><br>As we had done with the other agents, we asked Jessica to email us with all the information that she had verbally presented. Jessica agreed to do so. However, Jessica was the only real estate agent, amongst the four, that never followed up with any information upon her departure!<br><br>We were quite disappointed with the fact that, how could someone, who considered themselves as an experienced agent, simply evaluate a house based on what other houses in the area had sold! We believe that Jessica came up with that conclusion solely based on the square footage of the house, regardless of all the improvements and modernization that had been made to the house!! Similarly, not providing us with a follow up, as she had promised, was a major disappointment.<br><br>I am glad that we decided not to employ Amilies state agents. Apart from Jessica‘s polite mannerism, I could not recommend this agency.
19th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I have recently sold my house through White Lion.<br>I can honestly say without them it wouldn’t have been a smooth experience.<br>Very supportive and very understanding.<br>They kept me informed the whole way through all viewings and comments and once the house was sold, they kept me in the loop the whole time.<br>I would highly recommend them to help you sell your property
19th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.
12th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)1 STAR – VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE<br><br>I contacted Wards Broadstairs regarding a £1,550 per month apartment at Gallery Walk in Margate. I was genuinely interested in the property and simply wanted to ask a few questions before deciding whether to arrange a viewing.<br><br>Unfortunately, the way I was spoken to by the member of staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel as though I was wasting her time simply by asking questions. I was told that I would need to earn approximately £47,000 per year to qualify. I explained that my income is around £45,000 and asked whether there were any alternative options, such as a guarantor, but there seemed to be absolutely no willingness to discuss this.<br><br>I completely understand that letting agents have affordability criteria and checks to follow. That is not my complaint. My complaint is the attitude and lack of basic customer service.<br><br>I am a local resident and a business owner with two businesses in Margate, and I was genuinely looking to rent locally. With rental properties sitting empty because of high asking prices, I would expect an estate agent to at least speak to potential tenants respectfully and professionally.<br><br>A few simple questions should not feel like an interrogation.<br><br>Very disappointing experience with Wards Broadstairs. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should be treated with respect even when they may not immediately meet a particular affordability calculation.

We have always been kept in the loop when it came to viewings and found the feedback very useful. We have found all members of staff very helpful but David in particular has been our main contact during our sales. 5th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I strongly recommend Martin and Co for any prospective tenants in the area. We rented our first home together through Martin and Co, and had a wonderful experience with the whole team - notably Annabel and James.<br><br>Renting for the first time can be nerve wracking, and we’d heard all the horror stories about unresponsive managing agents and other issues, but you’ll get none of that with Martin and Co. We stayed in the same property for three years, and this was largely due to the peace of mind we had from our interactions with the team.<br><br>Always quick to respond to any queries we have, and incredibly helpful through any rare teething issues with the flat. The team really care about their tenants and the properties they manage and it shows.

26th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have recently let our property with Bourne and our experience so far has been very positive, particularly with Kathryne Hopkins. Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.
