3rd Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

He was incredibly helpful and honest during the offer process, and then continued to be very responsive and flexible with helping us with the move in. I’ve dealt with other estate agents in the past who would be 20min late to viewings, or set you on a bidding war with others who had placed an offer, for example. In contrast, I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism we experienced here. We’re loving our flat so far and would definitely recommend Knight Frank.

We were buying and selling through Park Lane, the whole experience was organised and they kept us up to date so we didn’t have to worry. We would definitely recommend Park Lane and would use them again without hesitation.
13th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

3rd Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with Cooper Adams, and in particular Sophie, throughout our house search and sale.<br><br>Sophie was instrumental in helping keep our sale moving to exchange (and soon, completion!), always communicating and proactively gaining updates from key parties. She showed patience and kindness during what can be a stressful process. Her communication was genuinely exceptional.<br><br>What also stood out was that Cooper Adams were the only estate agent in the area who regularly checked in to see how our search was going. It never felt pushy or like a sales tactic, just genuinely helpful and supportive.<br><br>Great, personal communication feels increasingly rare these days, but Sophie and the whole team at Cooper Adams really set themselves apart.

We knew from the first conversation that the way they "do the right thing and do it right" meant we'd choose them to sell our home.<br><br>Let's be honest, the market's not great for sellers but under the circumstances we got the job done and couldn't have asked for anything more from them both. It's especially reassuring that they know who you are when you call, you're not just another "customer" you feel like their client and you've got a confidant on your side.<br><br>Highly recommended. Well done guys and keep up the great work. There are few professional-minded people like you out there these days.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. Although we ultimately did not secure a tenant, Michael consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to provide straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily in his own commercial interest. Michael took the time to review applicant information, discuss concerns in detail, and provide honest feedback rather than simply encouraging me to accept unsuitable tenants. I always felt that he was looking at the bigger picture and helping me make informed decisions. When another agency refused to return my property keys, Go View stepped in and collected them on my behalf, despite having no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. Michael was always approachable, responsive, and willing to make time for a phone call when I needed guidance. His honesty and practical advice gave me confidence throughout what was often a challenging process. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Go View to other landlords and would certainly consider them again in the future, including when the time comes to sell my property. Thank you again to Michael and the team for all of your help.

29th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Maps estate agent could not have been better, they have been amazing, constant communication, above and beyond doing more than they needed to so we had a great transition between sale and purchase, we had a slight complication within the chain due to another agent phoned maps nothings a problem they communicated with all involved and sorted everything out that day I’d never use any other agent I will be recommending to anyone I can, thanks again Johnny and team, you really took the stress out of moving

In particular, Kieran Egan and Katherine Ellis provided outstanding service throughout, from the early stages when we were considering putting the property on the market, right through to completion. Their communication, professionalism, and support made the whole process far smoother.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
