25th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Have moved into a property managed by Hamptons a month ago. Since day 1 there has been very serious obvious issues with the washing machine (mould inside, not functioning), it is unbelievable how the property manager is not taking it seriously, not handling properly and responding to my emails super slow. The phone call never goes through. So it’s been a month, with the extreme heatwave in London, I’m still stuck with a mouldy and nonfunctional (it in fact destroys my clothes and garments) washer/dryer! I’m paying so much per month for the high rent in London and I end up washing all my clothes by hand or I have to walking 20 min to an external laundry shop and paying >20 pound per wash!!!

2nd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I rented my property through Savills in Sunningdale for more than 40 years, and throughout the whole time was very impressed by the high level of service and professionalism of the team. The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Special praise goes to Alison Withers and to Leah Cyprus, who were my primary contacts and to whom I am greatly indebted.

11th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. 7th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.
28th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We’ve been in contact with Elliot Gold , one of their agents who was really unprofessional with us . There was an issue with our rent agreement which caused a lot of frustration for us and the landlord and Eliot didn’t understand our side so we felt that their agent doesn’t understand the real estate laws properly. I wouldn’t choose them as a landlord or as a tenant.
