30th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . I do hope all your agents across the country are as wonderful as Katie. Thank you very much Katie you’re a star ??

Taking messages and responding quickly even after hours and in her own private time. She has let a number of our properties out and we would highly recommend her to other landlords.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

Not only do you get a more personal touch throughout, but communications are much faster than I have come to expect with previous agents I’ve used. Added bonus is the transparent costs and Phil not being afraid to chase solicitors on both sides to get a sale through in a timely fashion. Highly recommended estate agent ????????????
