Years of experience, incredibly helpful and friendly staff not to mention the best properties on their books! Everyone at Whitmans made the entire process of buying our home very smooth and stress free. 3rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy

Ewan Klinker was our sales negotiator and was professional, an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. He took the time to get to know our property and its features which he used to attract and match to potential buyers. Producing an excellent brochure and marketing strategy maximised our selling opportunities. Ensuring we completed the homebuyers pack at the beginning of the process made for a smoother and more timely completion. Every viewer was qualified and feedback was detailed and useful. Once an offer had been accepted the excellent service continued through to completion. Special thanks to Ewan who went above and beyond by negotiating my onward purchase. I would like to thank Ross for his amazing team at Balgores Wickford and would like to mention Mary, Nigel and Ethan who were so friendly, positive and helpful at all times.

We put our house on at the start of a very challenging market and they persevered until we found the perfect buyers. We’ve sold property with other agents and can honestly say the team at Surridge Mison are the best to deal with. Their communication is second to none and we were never left wondering how a viewing went or what was happening. They were consistently reliable and always available for sound advice in the viewings phase and when we were going through with our sale, they made the whole thing as easy and positive as possible for us, with regular updates. We felt very supported in what can be an unsettling time and we recommend them to everyone we speak to wanting to sell their house. Thanks again guys!
3rd Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Seemed to do very little, apart from using Right Move. Seemingly no actual sales methodology used. Just, put it on Right move. Generally return calls quickly , except, when trying to terminate the sales contract. Produced all most nothing in the agree sales period. Would not remotely recommend, I’m afraid.
