He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

7th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)My sister and I recently sold our mother's Park Home in Hordle and it was her wish that it was sold through Ross Nicholas. It was the right choice of estate agent. Justin Power dealt with the whole process perfectly, keeping us promptly informed and always available with sound advice when we needed it, particularly after the first offer fell through when a remote part of the chain pulled out. We fully recommend Justin and Ross Nicholas if you looking to realistically value your Park Home and sell it.

Syede was amazing from the first point of contact, his replies were fast and he was even able to come to value the house as quick as the next day.<br><br>He was very informative, easy to speak to and clearly showed his experience and knowledge in the field through his professionlism and the manner in which he helped myself and my family.<br><br>I highly RECOMMEND this company. The valuation was sent to us with so much content and it was clear that alot of time was spent doing research which would help us in the long run.<br><br>Thanks again Cole Harding (Syede)
15th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Before we made the decision to move, we spoke with Chase, as we had worked with him previously when he was with another estate agent. We initially just wanted to get a feel for the market and understand what our options might be.<br><br>Once we decided to go ahead with the move, we invited Chase back for a full valuation, and we were in complete agreement about the asking price and value of the property.<br><br>When it came to marketing the house, this is where Chase really came into his element. He was extremely helpful in preparing the house for the photographs and knew exactly how to make the most of the lighting and presentation to show the property at its best.<br><br>Once the house went live on the market, Chase kept us well informed about potential buyers and viewings. He was also very flexible when arranging appointments, which really helped to minimise disruption to our diaries.<br><br>Within a month, we received an offer which we were happy to accept, and the sale then moved over to Progressions. At this point, we were introduced to Rachel, the progressor at We Sold It.<br><br>Rachel was fantastic. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always happy to chase things up on our behalf when needed. Having someone who could communicate with the majority of the people involved in the move was invaluable and made the whole process much easier to manage.<br><br>Although we’re not planning on moving again for a long time, I wouldn’t hesitate to use We Sold It again. Chase and Rachel provided a great service from start to finish, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

They have kept us informed every step of the way, and have always been attentive, kind and helpful. And an offer accepted.<br>I found from day one , the agents were extremely professional. As things were frustrating at times dealing with the solicitors, left hand right hand scerino.<br>I found and problems were escalated and I had an answer . Within 24hrs.<br>Nothing was too much bother for the team in general.<br>I was so impressed, that my daughter is in the process of letting her property through Fox & Sons..<br>1st estate agent that listened with a clear plan.<br>I highly rate the team at this particular agency. WELL DONE, House sold.
